Welcome to Nabe Travel Channel This time, I would like to go to TAOYA Nikko Kirifuri, which is located in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture.It is about 25 minutes by car from Nikko Interchange.It is about 20 minutes by shuttle bus from JR Nikko Station.On Nabe Travel, it is part of the Oedo Onsen Monogatari series of Onazumi.Reopening in April 2023. This is a newly opened hotel in the Kanto region as part of the TAOYA series.It’s an all-inclusive hotel, so I’m really looking forward to it.Now, what kind of hotel is it?Let’s take a look at it together.Don’t forget to give it a high rating and subscribe to the channel.Now that we’ve finished checking in, we’d like to go on a room tour. Well then, the door opens.It ‘s a strange structure.There ‘s a space in the front, and there’s also one on the left.I wonder what it’s like.It feels like the living room and bedroom are separated.The wallpaper is also cute. The outside view is natural. The room is cute. It’s spacious. It’s a type of building that you don’t usually see. The refrigerator has two bottles of water. It feels like a storeroom. There ‘s a tea set here. The room can probably accommodate up to 5 people. There are a lot of things that are equipped. This is a closet. Yes, there are slippers and hangers.On the other side, there are futons.It’s amazing.This room is so spacious, so cute.This room is a bedroom, but it’s only indirect lighting.I think it’s a double bed.There are two double beds, and there’s also a sofa bed. The room type this time is a standard Japanese- style twin room.It was a reservation made by an official Iiburo member, and it was 47,880 yen for two people, including morning and evening buffet style and all-you-can-drink, for a stay starting on Sunday.Approx . The price was 4,000 yen.This room seemed to be a little larger, and there were cheaper plans as well.I think this price is a good value considering the high quality of the interior and the all-you-can-drink option.This is the toilet and bathroom.There is also a bathroom, but there is a large public bath in the hotel. So I think I’ll be using that one.Other rooms might be half the size of this one.Next , I’d like to go for a walk around the hotel.The first floor has a restaurant, shop, and lounge.There’s also a karaoke and Mori Concierge desk on the first floor, and the third floor is the front desk and the connecting passageway, and the sixth floor is There is a large communal bath, a lounge after bathing, and a place for relaxation.First of all , we went to the 3rd floor where the lobby is located.Originally, this hotel seems to have started as Melmonte Kirifuri, a resort run by Japan Post, and there are sports facilities and the structure of the building has changed a bit. The building where the lobby is located is separated from the building where the guest rooms are located, and they are connected by a corridor on the third floor.In front of the elevator, you can choose amenities and Samue.The hotel has also won awards for several years on the travel site Jalan.I went down to the first floor. On the 1st floor, there is a restaurant venue, a souvenir shop, and a lounge.The souvenir shop has a wide selection of local sake and local products.There are also time sales after 6pm , so if you are shopping, please check it out.Next to the souvenir shop is the Mori Concierge desk . You can enjoy fun activities such as nature observation tours, stargazing, and making memorable crafts.There are many things that are free and require reservations, so if you are going, it is better to check in advance.And this is the lounge on the first floor.It is a space with an open ceiling and an open exchange. You can eat and drink as much as you want including soft drinks, snacks, and ice cream.This is the best part of being all-inclusive.You can enjoy drinks in the lounge, or you can kill time by using the free karaoke corner until you eat.However, please note that there may be a charge depending on the time of day.As is the case with your room, you can also use the free karaoke corner to kill time. The atmosphere is reminiscent of Scandinavian design, and is very elegant, with a fireplace and warm lighting, making it a simple yet warm space.Next , you can go up to the second floor and use the free massage machine.There is also a table tennis court as a sports facility.There are 4 sides, so you can enjoy it with your group or family. To use it, you can use it for free if you make a reservation on the reservation table at the entrance so that other people do not take up your time. Then, go outside and there is a nice gymnasium in another building . You can enjoy playing basketball or badminton. There is also an outdoor tennis court, which is great for summer. There are also swimming facilities such as a seasonal lazy river.Next , we went up to the 6th floor.There is a hot spring, an after-bath lounge, and massage facilities.It’s hard to see today because of the fog, but when it’s sunny, you can see Mt. Akanagi from the hotel, which is about 1,000 meters above sea level. You can see the Nikko Mountain Range, including Maruyama.The after-bath lounge has detox drinks and alcohol, so you can enjoy a chill time after taking a hot spring.You can drink in the lounge on the 1st floor, and it’s nice to be able to drink alcohol all the time in the lounge on the 6th floor.The large public bath has an indoor bath and an open-air bath.The open-air bath is a natural hot spring, but the indoor bath is not a hot spring.The open-air bath blends into the mountains and the starry sky. The color is the best.If the open air at night is clear, you can soak in the hot spring while enjoying the stars.When I went there, it was raining lightly and I couldn’t see anything, but the hot spring in the jet-black space felt like meditation, and personally it was a good time.Next , I would like to go to see the buffet at Restaurant Curation, where the atmosphere has become even better as the sun goes down. A live kitchen with a length of about 35 meters will welcome you.You can enjoy a variety of luxurious dishes from Japanese, Western, and Chinese menus.It looks colorful and delicious to the eye.There are so many kinds that you don’t know which one to eat.The fried food is not greasy at all and is crispy and very delicious.I think Oedo Onsen Monogatari’s buffet is really good value for money, but the TAOYA series is It’s by far the best. You can enjoy the flavors of Tochigi, such as penne carbonara with tofu skin, pumpkin gratin, and leek balls with tofu skin. Everything is delicious, but personally, I especially like Chinese food and pasta. There is a wide variety of desserts, and the standard Haagen-Dazs ice cream is also the best. As for drinks, apart from the soft drink place, the one you are walking towards is a U-shaped bar counter. You can drink everything from beer to sours. Everything from wine to shochu and fruit cocktails. No, you can enjoy pairing with the food, which is the best part of all-inclusive accommodation.The seats are arranged in a spacious manner, so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner.It ‘s not that I took too much, but rather that I took too much. The balance between Japanese and Western food was a little too Japanese, but I think the variety was rich and the content was sufficient. From the morning, we had seafood.
