【はじめての立山黒部アルペンルート】富山→扇沢を通り抜ける!絶景満喫✨40代女ひとり旅|室堂|黒部ダム

[Today’s trip] Destination is Toyama Prefecture. Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. What is Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route? It is a mountain sightseeing route where you can enjoy the mountains and the spectacular scenery by riding various vehicles. This trip starts from Toyama Station and ends at Ogizawa Station in Nagano Prefecture. We will pass through the entire Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. I can finally go to the place I’ve always wanted to go! I’m happy, excited, and excited! I arrived at Toyama Station. Nice to meet you, Toyama! I’m going to the Alpine Route early tomorrow morning. Let’s go sightseeing in front of Toyama Station. I’ll also print the ticket I bought on the web now. You can buy a web ticket by specifying the section you want to ride. It costs 12,360 yen from Toyama to Ogizawa. I’m staying at a hotel near the station today. I went to bed early in preparation for tomorrow. The next day, Toyama Station. It’s the morning of the long-awaited departure. From Toyama Station to Tateyama Station. 65 minutes. If you look at the beautiful scenery, an hour will fly by. The next ride from Tateyama Station is the cable car! Before that. I’m hungry, so let’s eat something. Soba oyaki (Nozawana) 350 yen. I’m very happy to be able to eat delicious oyaki in the morning. Let’s go! From Tateyama Station to Bijodaira, 7 minutes by Tateyama cable car. It’s crowded. It was full. Bijodaira. After getting off the cable car, line up at the next bus stop. From Bijodaira to Tateyama Murodo, 50 minutes by Tateyama Kogen bus. Murodo, where we will go now, is also famous as a place where you can see the Snow Valley. Even in late June, there were still some snow walls remaining. Amazing! Tateyama Murodo. Murodo, a place I’ve always wanted to go to. Finally, I’m here! Just walking, but it’s fun and I’m laughing! I walk along the walking course to see Mikurigaike Pond and M Enmadai Observatory (1 hour). After about 10 minutes, we arrived at Mikurigaike Pond! I’ve never seen such a beautiful pond before… I can see something moving around there. Could it be… It’s a ptarmigan! It’s singing! What kind of voice does it sing like that!? It’s a rare special natural monument. I was lucky to come across it. There are amazing views on both sides, so I just kept taking pictures and couldn’t move forward at all. A kind couple took my picture for me. Thank you! We arrived at Mikurigaike Onsen! We can even see the sea of clouds! We arrived at Emmadai Observatory. The smell of sulfur is strong around here. Volcanic gas is being emitted. It seems like we could walk forever. It’s about time to head back. I’ll burn this dreamlike view into my memory. We’ve returned to Murodo Terminal. It’s time for lunch. I’m hungry! Lunch. Firefly squid tempura soba. 1300 yen. Smells good! I decided that this is what I would eat when I came to Murodo! Delicious! The soup is just the right thickness, and the gentle soba noodles soak in! Tateyama Kamaboko! By the way, the self-service water is apparently spring water from Tateyama. This was also delicious! Very delicious! Thank you! Let’s move on! Thank you Murodo! From Murodo to Daikanbo, it’s a 10-minute ride on the Tateyama Tunnel Electric Bus. I’m glad I could sit down. The Tateyama Tunnel Electric Bus just started operating in April 2025. It was a bus wrapped in “Wolf Children”. It was cute! Daikanbo. There was an announcement that “There is still time until the next ropeway transfer,” so I went to the observation deck. I could see Lake Kurobe! While I was enjoying the view, there was a line at the ropeway station! From Daikanbo to Kurobedaira, it’s a 7-minute ride on the Tateyama Ropeway. I found out later that this “Tateyama Ropeway” is the busiest point on the alpine route. I wonder if I can see the view… I can’t. Actually, you can enjoy a panoramic view like this. Kurobedaira. From Kurobedaira to Lake Kurobe, take the Kurobe Ropeway for 5 minutes. It was also full here. Lake Kurobe. After the tunnel, what lies beyond is… Kurobe Dam! I’ve never seen such an emerald green surface… Can you see the dam’s water from here? Wow! It’s so impressive! Let’s go and see it closer! The spray of the water comes flying over here! It’s so impressive! By the way, this is where I was walking just now! I’ve walked through some amazing places! I’ve walked a lot, so let’s take a break. Hasida soft serve 900 yen. Kurobe Dam is famous for its “dam curry”… It’s hot, so I’ll eat some ice cream! I’ll sit down at the free rest area. [What is Hasida?] A popular cider made from natural water that springs from a fault zone. [What is a fault zone?] A layer of rock that contains a large amount of groundwater. In the construction of Kurobe Dam, it was extremely difficult to break through the fault zone. It tastes even better when you know the background. Our trip on the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is almost over. Off to the last bus stop! From Kurobe Dam to Ogizawa, 16 minutes by Kanden Tunnel Electric Bus. I’ll definitely come again! (Passing through the fault zone) Ogizawa. Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, from Toyama Station on the Toden line to Ogizawa. The finish! It It was fun! So much fun! I’m so glad I came! Now, let’s go back to Tokyo. From Ogizawa to Shinano-Omachi. Shinano-Omachi Station. I bought some souvenirs. From Shinano-Omachi Station to Matsumoto Station. The train that came by happened to be a tourist train. Yay! A wonderful view, fitting for the end of the trip! Japan is so beautiful. Matsumoto Station. From Matsumoto Station to Shinjuku Station. Today was another fun holiday.
