After 4 days and 3 nights in Niseko, we will return to Sapporo to rest for one night and then go to Furano. This time, we shared the two episodes of Travel Vlog in Niseko with you. If you haven’t watched it, remember to watch it. In this episode, we will start from Niseko to Otaru and then return to Sapporo. In this episode of Travel I think the highlight of the Vlog is Otaru’s Triangle Market. Even though this is my second time here and I ate similar food , the feeling I got from it has not changed. I also want to share with you some of Muji’s storage products, travel gadgets, and suitcases that I have always used. This is Muji’s 75L adjustable handle suitcase. It comes in large, medium, and small sizes. The middle khaki color inside is matched with a TSA lock. What’s more special is that there is a button on the back of the suitcase to open the pulley holder. After opening it, you don’t have to worry about the luggage rolling down the slope. Before you fly next time, go to their website or physical store to have a look. Our next stop will be Sapporo. Since we will pass through Otaru when driving from Niseko to Sapporo , we will go to Otaru Canal to check in and rest for a while, and then drive to Sapporo again. The whole process takes about two hours. Today, for the first trip, we will drive from Hokkaido Niseko Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono Hotel to Otaru. The drive takes about an hour. When driving in Hokkaido, there are relatively few toll roads , so I think there are relatively few highway rest stops . There are some parking lots where you can rest, but there are no services. This location should be Niki Town , the place where I went to pick strawberries in the last two episodes of Hokkaido Vlog. The place a little to the left in front should be Yoichi. The first one is the Hokkaido Expressway. Finally, I used the ETC card in my car for the first time in Hokkaido. We saw Otaru. About half an hour later, there are still 13 minutes left. We should have arrived along this road. There is Sankaku Market here. A little to the left, it is automatic. So amazing? I am very happy to be back to Otaru’s Sankaku Market again. This store has started to close. The location of Sankaku Market is actually next to Otaru Station. If you take the train from the grocery store, it is actually very convenient. Sometimes when we go to the fish market in Japan, the food there may not be particularly delicious, but I think the food in Sankaku Market is relatively delicious. Compared to other fish markets or seafood markets in Japan, the scale of Triangle Market can be called small. I think I finished walking through it very quickly. However, since many of the seafood here comes from Ishite Port or the waters near Hokkaido, I personally think that the seafood bought here, such as sea urchins and scallops, is really more delicious. There are also many crabs here , such as saltwater sea urchins , mantis shrimps, and scallops. My goal at Triangle Market today is the Takeda on the left side of the picture. Take off your shoes so that you can feel like you are in Hokkaido. The two restaurants that are more popular here are Takeda and the Takiwa next to it. This one is called Takeda. Last time I ate at Takiwa Takeda . It is very high-tech here. They have tablets for ordering and can scan QR codes. Code to place an order , but I feel that their seafood selection is not as easy as the one next to it because the one next to it is self-selected, and here they have regulations. Last year, we ate at Takiwa, where you can choose different sashimi to make up the seafood you want. If you order sea urchin, it may be a little more expensive, so just add a little money. I can’t see the column of self-selected seafood on Takeda’s side. In short, you choose the seafood that has been matched. I saw a very crazy sea urchin stall. This white sea urchin is 500 grams of sea urchin and 500 grams of rice. If it is red sea urchin, it will be much more expensive , but 500 grams is exaggerated because we just ordered a base of salt water sea urchin, most of which are 100 grams. That’s how it feels . I ordered a three-color seafood stall with sea urchin, crab meat and scallops . The name of the other seafood stall is more amazing, called ANA special stall , which is the airline’s ANA price The price is 3800 yen. I don’t know why the seafood here is brighter in color. Red sea urchin. Saltwater sea urchin is easy to buy in the Triangle Market. Its packaging is like this. What is the difference between it and the plate sea urchin that we usually see on a wooden board? Saltwater sea urchin is preserved with salt water, so its shelf life is usually short. It may expire in one or two days. Plate sea urchin has preservatives added to it, so it can be preserved longer. Plate sea urchin has preservatives more or less, so its taste is actually slightly different from saltwater sea urchin. If you want to eat sea urchin that is closer to the original taste, generally speaking, saltwater sea urchin is closer. Although plate sea urchin is both delicious and high-end , the sea urchin of plate sea urchin looks more handsome. I’m hungry . It’s delicious. This is what the Triangle Market tastes like. I want to exchange something with you because I have scallops and you don’t. Wasabi and salmon in Hokkaido are both delicious. Because Hokkaido has Hokkaido salmon, I mean, there is a greater chance to eat it. It’s not imported and delicious. Why do we have to order more sea urchins when our seafood stall already has sea urchins? The reason is because according to the last time I ate at its stall, the sea urchins they gave you were not as delicious as the salted sea urchins you bought a pack of. I think it should be fresher. There are not many opportunities in life to appear in the Triangle Market, so no matter what, I will order more sea urchin rice. It’s delicious. Its rice bowl gives us red sea urchins. They are both good. I want to add that the red sea urchin on the rice stall I ate here today is of the same quality as the one I ordered. I think the crab meat I ate today is more delicious than the last time I ate it in winter. The crab juice is like salt water. I say it again. I think not every seafood market in Japan has such delicious sashimi. It is worth going to Sanjiao Market to eat rice bowls. If you go to a place further north in Hokkaido, the sashimi in their fish market may be better than the taste here because I always think these seafood are delicious. Those fish have to live in relatively cold waters. It is almost three o’clock now. I see Takiba is still there. But you don’t have to queue here at Takeda. As for the taste, I think there is no difference between Takeda and my previous impression of Takiwa, so I think the taste is almost the same, they are all seafood , so if you don’t have to queue and you are in a hurry, I think you can just come here to eat. The last time I came to Otaru, it was winter and the whole street was full of snow. This time there is no snow, and I always feel that something is missing on the street. In fact, I didn’t want to come to Sanjiao Market at first because my group friend’s stomach was not feeling well, but after he ate such delicious sashimi, his stomach suddenly felt better because it was really delicious. Because I didn’t have much experience eating at these fish markets last year, so I I dare not say that the food here is particularly delicious. When I came here today, I felt that it was really delicious. Now let’s go to the canal to check in. The Sapporo Otaru Canal is actually very close to Otaru Station or Sankaku Market. But since I was driving, I had no reason to leave it, so I drove over. If you are not traveling by car but coming by car, don’t be afraid. It seems that there are buses that can go there, but in fact, you don’t need to take the bus. Just walk there and take a walk. It’s very comfortable and you will arrive quickly. This is a bit creative. Uni ice cream is a very evil dish. Is the sea urchin ice cream delicious? I still remember the location in front. The restaurant on Chuba Koji Road will close at about 5:30. There were four Pockets in this corner just now. 3It ‘s funny there . We came to the Otaru Canal. In my last Vlog, I mentioned that Otaru used to be a very prosperous place with a lot of trade , so there must be a canal and warehouses beside it to store goods. Another feature is that this canal is curved instead of straight. I think I owe a cup of coffee . Now the warehouses beside the canal have been rebuilt into some places similar to the civil affairs area, selling handicrafts , exhibitions , restaurants, coffee . The canal is a place for us to rest, walk and sightsee. It is very beautiful , comfortable and peaceful. It is great whether it is winter or summer. We are going to continue. We set off for Sapporo. The next car is from Otaru to Sapporo City. The Suzuki Boya drive takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour . It takes about the same time as taking the railway, but the scenery you can see along the way is better by taking the railway because the scenery of the railway is directly facing the sea outside. That railway is isolated by the sea for a lot of time, so it is very beautiful. As for driving, this trip is on the highway, so you can get back to Sapporo very quickly. There is a rest stop here on the highway, but there is nothing to see at the rest stop . There are only convenience stores and places to go to the bathroom, so I didn’t stay too long . I haven’t felt the big city for a long time. This is the first time I feel Sapporo without snow. I don’t know if its charm will be different. There are a lot of cars. This location is the first time I have seen so many cars in Hokkaido. Then turn around and go straight. Hello everyone, let’s go together quickly. The hotel I stayed in in Sapporo this time is also the Grand Bell of Suzukino in Susukino. The last time I came, I also stayed in this one because it is cheap and new. As for the room price, I remember that it was about HK$700. This Twin Room. On the left side of the entrance is the place to hang clothes. There is a full-length mirror behind the right door . A little further ahead is the bathroom and toilet. The flush is a standing shower , but there is no bathtub. One lamp is broken . There are cold water, hot water cups and hot water kettles. However, since the itinerary was changed temporarily this afternoon , we had already eaten at the sashimi stall in the Sanjiao Market, so we went to eat ramen. This time we ate at a restaurant that I hadn’t eaten last time, at Ramen Yokohama. We are now walking over to Suzukino Grand Bell. It should take three or four minutes to walk over to Ramen Yokohama. This time, we walked out of Grand There is no snow at Bell Hotel . Let me introduce Suzukino to you. If you come to Sapporo and want a convenient hotel with food, entertainment, Donki, shopping streets and malls, then it is very convenient to stay at Suzukino. We are in front of the Yuanzu Ramen Yokohama. Yuanzu Ramen Yokohama is an alley with about 17 ramen restaurants. You can rest assured to eat ramen in Sapporo. Because Sapporo is a fierce battleground for ramen. According to online information , there are more than 1,000 ramen restaurants in Sapporo. When you come to Sapporo to eat ramen , you should eat miso soup base. That night, I came to Yuanzu Ramen Yokohama at dinner time . There were about four queuing shops here . I lined up in one of them called Teshikaga. Another good thing is that this ramen ticket machine is a relatively new one , so you can use credit cards and Apple Pay , and you can also use 10,000 yen bills, so you don’t need to worry about your wallet not having cash. The whole thing looks very attractive. I saw the chef stir-frying the vegetables for ramen over high heat, and on the other side he was grilling pork belly. Tonight I came to Sapporo Ramen Yokohama to eat at a ramen shop called Teshikaga. I ordered miso ramen. This time I tried it. There was corn, butter, egg , and grilled pork belly. It all had the taste of miso ramen . What I ate in Sapporo, Hokkaido, was that it felt hotter and spicier, and it was more delicious. With the minced meat, it was very delicious. Not bad, I also like it. It’s delicious. The ramen does not have char siu. They use roasted pork belly instead. The taste is normal. I don’t think this restaurant has a strong taste. Last time I came here, I felt that the miso ramen had a taste of black bean, but this one doesn’t. I also ordered a portion of fried dumplings, which cost 600 yen for 10 pieces. It ‘s not bad. I was so hungry that my hands were shaking. After eating the ramen in Teshikaga , I think its taste is the taste of miso soup ramen that everyone can easily accept. Its taste is close to our imagination. The taste of miso soup ramen is a little different from the first one I ate last time. I forgot what it was called. I ate there. The soup base doesn’t feel stuffy from the beginning to the end. Sometimes it changes . At the beginning, you will taste more butter because it is just mixed . As you eat, you may taste more of the roasted bean sprouts that the chef just fried. At the end, you will taste more butter and then it may turn back to miso. So you won’t feel stuffy when you eat it, but the feeling when you eat it will not make you feel amazing. Because the essence of ramen is the same relatively cheap food that can easily fill everyone’s stomach, so it is a delicious civilian version of ramen. One of the great things about living in Suzukino is that after eating in the evening, you can continue shopping in the city center as soon as you walk out of the restaurant. At this time, the shopping malls should be closed. There are some souvenir shops and claw machines on Tanukikoji that are open . Donki is available. 📍北海道旅程繼續展開,由二世古出發,開車經過小樽,最後回到札幌市。沿途風景靜謐,行程節奏剛剛好,係旅程中一段舒服又充實的小轉折。

  1. Mike你比我好彩,我剛剛去Otaru嘅三角市場啲同海胆都麻麻,不過我次次都去滝波,未試過武田,Sapporo嘅拉面都比我五年前跌哂水準,而且因為我每次去北海道都落住大雪去,佢哋有個百思不得奇解嘅文化,就係間間食店永遠只serve冰水,加錢都唔serve熱滚水。。。😅
