東の通天閣！？全日本タワー協議会【銚子ポートタワー】予想外に良すぎた！ここって穴場でしょ？？ [Choshi Port Tower] Unexpectedly good!

銚子ポートタワーは、千葉県銚子市の港のすぐそばにある展望タワーで、高さは57.7メートルあります。上の展望室からは、太平洋や利根川の河口、それに銚子漁港を一望できて、晴れていれば遠くまでスカッと見渡せるのが気持ちいいです。
塔のデザインはちょっと未来的な感じで、ガラス張りの部分が多くて中も明るいです。下にはちょっとした売店や展示コーナーもあって、銚子の漁業や歴史なんかも紹介されてます。全日本タワー協議会にも加盟していて、「タワー好き」にはちょっとした聖地みたいな存在です。ドライブや観光のついでに、立ち寄って眺めを楽しむにはちょうどいい場所だと思いますよ。

Choshi Port Tower is an observation tower located right next to the port of Choshi City, Chiba Prefecture, and is 57.7 meters tall. From the observation room at the top, you can get a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, the mouth of the Tone River, and Choshi Fishing Port. On a clear day, the clear view into the distance is very pleasant. The design of the tower is a little futuristic, and it is bright inside with many glass sections. There is a small shop and exhibition corner at the bottom, which introduces Choshi’s fishing industry and history. It is a member of the All Japan Tower Council, and is something of a mecca for tower lovers. I think it is a good place to stop by and enjoy the view after a drive or sightseeing.
