[Music] oscar was our guide he is very helpful we had so much fun in this day tour we were able to visit all the places as planned in itinerary we are glad that we booked this trip able to see so many places in a day we enjoyed it very much highly recommended risan as our tour guide did really well we appreciated the visual guide she brought with her such as the map of Hkaido she also shared a lot of great tips on what to look forward to in Hawkkaido su herb service from the driver and the tour guide driver was in time in the tour guide vivid speaks Japanese English and Chinese we enjoyed the zoo especially the penguin march the tour in the BA niggle terrace and Ken and Mary iconic tree toe is our guide he was very helpful throughout the trip helped us took photos and kept reminding us of the time the places we visited are very nice and worthy of a long bus ride highly recommended for a winter wonderland experience everything was great the zoo was nice and the penguins were super cute the weather was cool making the experience even better both the tour guide and the bus driver were professional and did an excellent job the tour guide’s explanations were clear and funny making the trip more enjoyable my wife and I got off at the last stop because we were heading to Toronto for a two night stay the bus driver and tour guide were very kind and dropped us off at the junior station which was really helpful thank you very much for the great service highly recommended great way to hit the key spots in a day but it is a very rushed itinerary with most stops given 10 to 20 minutes of actual viewing time the Zoo Penguin Walk was nice but most exhibits are closed due to winter will definitely recommend daniel is an awesome guide there’s an accident that day in the zoo so we expect that the tour will be cut short however we still cover all of the places listed kudos Daniel
