In this episode we go to Saga TAIHEI-AN 佢究竟係酒藏定係蕎麥麵店
Whether it is a sake brewery or a soba noodle shop 一出JR東多久駅
Once arrived JR Higashi-Taku Station 我哋就遇到油菜花田和櫻花滿開

Firstly we are at Karatsu Station 搭JR去東多長久站
Take JR to Todo-Nagaku Station 車程45分鐘
Take by 45 minutes 我哋唔係搭新幹線
We are not taking the Shinkansen 是舊式嘅JR
It’s the old-style JR 是普通車
JR ordinary train 搭JR普通車
Take JR ordinary train 這架車去佐賀
Train to Saga 大約要坐一小時
It takes about an hour 這架車原來得四卡
Only with four trucks 所以大家唔好似我哋這樣
So everyone is not like us 去到月臺要先留意列車牌
When you get to the platform, pay attention to the train sign 看看列車有幾多卡
See how many trucks the train has 先去等車
Then wait train 我哋現在要好狼狽地跑去架車上車
We now have to run to the car in a daze 現在搭車去佐賀
Train to Saga 這架是超普通的車
It’s a ordinary train 應該勁慢
Slowly 車程差不多要1小時
The journey takes about 1 hour 我們坐下瞓下
Let sit & sleep 開窗先
Open windows 好熱呀
Very hot A few moments later 資料館位於多久市
The museum is located in Taku City 在JR東多久站
From JR higashi Taku Station 行8分鐘就到
Walk by 8 minutes 這裡就係東多久交流館
Higashi Taku Exchange Center 我哋現在行去造酒資料館
Let walk to Sake Museum 一出JR站
Once come out from JR station 就已經見到有幾棵櫻花小樹
Find a few cherry trees 由於春天嘅關係
As Spring-time 這些花田就開始開花
Flower is opened 在路邊我哋見到油菜花田
On the roadside we find rapeseed fields 好多蜜蜂
Many bees 好靚
Very beautiful 好香
Good smell 花香好香
The flowers smell good 有大自然嘅味道
It has a taste of nature 當然要打卡影相
Check-in photo is a must 到這邊又有櫻花
Here has sakura 在廟的出邊
Outside temple 櫻花開始跌落嚟
Sakura turns dropping 應該差唔多尾聲
Near the end time 這棵樹就已經跌曬
That sakura has dropped 好滿意
Very satisfied 沿路都有櫻花
Sakura is along the road 好感恩我哋在這裡
Thankfully we are here 隨便喺街上面都遇到櫻花滿開
encounter cherry blossoms in full bloom on the street 任何一個位都好靚
Everywhere is beautiful 後邊這棵就開始有櫻吹雪嘅情況
Sakura Fubuki now 又有棵櫻花
Other sakura 在廟嘅出邊
At temple 八幡神社
Hachiman Shrine 幾靚
Very beautiful 幾茂盛
Very prosperous 正在飄櫻花落嚟
Sakura is dropping 即係尾聲
End of sakura blossoms 這裡係我哋人生第一次睇到櫻吹雪
My first Sakura Fubuki 幾靚
Very beautiful 大風要飄得勁
Strong wind causes sakura strong dropping 看不看到
Look 因為這裡嘅櫻吹雪太靚
Waht a beautiful Sakura Fubuki 所以我哋睇多陣
Stay here for some more moments 當時我哋係唔捨得離開這個位置
At the time we were reluctant to leave this position 有雀仔聲幫櫻花配樂
Bird sounds help compose music for Sakura 加上這裡冇其他人
And there’s no one else here 好靚
Very beautiful 這樣飄
Floating down 這裡感覺除咗靚之外
in addition to being beautiful 係好舒服
Very comfortable environment 完全融入咗大自然一樣
It’s completely integrated into nature 我哋在東多久駅兜了個大圈
We walk a wrong way at higashi Taku 行多了很多路
Walk additional road 才來到這酒藏
Then arrive brewery 大平庵
TAIHEI-AN 大家都知道
all know 蕎麥麵店嘅名
Name of soba shop 通常有個庵字
Usually there is a word “An” 但係點解這間酒藏有個庵字
But why does this brewery have the word “An” 而前面這間鋪頭就係食蕎麥麵
That’s is soba shop 我們找門口入
Let find the entrance 原來大平庵喺1868年創業嘅時候係釀酒廠
Originally TAIHEI-AN was a brewery business in 1868 當時係叫做木下酒造
Named as Kinoshita Shuzo 以大平作為佢哋銘柄
Brand is TAIHEI 即係商標
Its brand name 酒造經營咗100年之後
After 100 years of business 由於時代變遷
Due to changing times 清酒生意難做
The sake business is difficult 而以前嘅人通常喺蕎麥麵店飲清酒
Whereas people drink sake at soba shops 蕎麥麵係一種有益健康嘅食品
Soba are a wholesome food 可以降血壓改善肝功能
Can lower blood pressure and improve liver function 而清酒被稱為百藥之首
Sake is known as the best of all medicines 人們相信飲用清酒係對身體有益
People believe that drinking sake is good for the body 所以喺酒廠結業後
So after the brewery is closed 酒臟就用釀酒嘅技術
Brewery uses the technology of brewing 和經驗
And experience 去研製新鮮嘅蕎麥麵
To develop fresh soba 這裡嘅蕎麥麵
Soba here 仲要係用優質嘅水源
It also uses good quality of water 釀酒嘅天山水來這
Make soba by Tenzan water 釀酒嘅水能提升蕎麥麵的味道
The water used for brewing can enhance taste of soba 所以嚟到一定要試橋麥麵
So you must try soba here 清酒資料館從這裡入
Entrance of sake museum 喺邊行入去
Entry here 大平庵酒造資料館
TAIHEI sake museum 入場費係¥200一人
Entry fee is ¥200 包埋試酒
Including tasting sake 老闆除咗轉營做蕎麥麵之外
In addition to switching businesses to soba 佢將木下酒造
Change from Kinoshita Shuzo 改成為一個酒造資料館
Into sake museum 展示是由明治時代
The exhibition is from the Meiji era 至到昭和40年代
Until Showa 40th 使用過嘅釀酒器具
Used brewing appliances 現在已經收藏了和展示
Now collected and displayed 2334件
2334 pcs 肥前佐賀的酒藏用具
Sake brewery equipment in Hizen Saga 係國家指定嘅重要有形民俗文化遺產
It is an important tangible folk cultural heritage designated by the state 這裡很多酒
Many sakes here 這裡有好多佐賀不同酒造嘅清酒
Many sakes from Saga’s different sake breweries 和燒酎賣
And Shōchū 可以先試酒
Let try sake 然後再買酒
Then buy it 原酒
Genshu 抵買
Good price 這支又係
This sake 有濁酒
nigori 甘酒
Amazake 原來這邊要佢打開門比我哋入來
It turns out that he was asked to open the door for us 剛才推門係入唔到嚟
Just pushed the door is not able to enter 室內係明治時代的裝修
The interior decoration is from the Meiji period 這裡就有好多當時造酒嘅工具

Tampura 天婦羅喺番薯定矮瓜
Tempura in sweet potato or dwarf melon 試下 先
Let try it 是番薯
It’s sweet potato 剛炸起
Just deep-fried 外面的皮真係好薄好脆
The outer skin is really thin and crispy 好味
Very delicious 番薯又甜
Sweet potatoes are sweet 我哋試下用釀酒方法
Let’s try by brewing method 加埋用天山水造的蕎麥麵
And made with Tenzan water for soba 仲要不使用PH調節劑
Also no PH regulator is used 和合成化學添加劑
and synthetic chemical additives 加蔥
And spring onions 再加Wasabi
Add wasabi 再加蕎麥醬汁
And add soba sauce 攬伴佢
Stir them 蕎麥麵
Soba 佐賀縣蕎麥麵
Saga soba 點一點
Add some 蕎麥麵好好味
soba is delicious 都幾彈牙
chewy 幾煙韌
Very chewy 我哋再試下個熱蕎麥麵
Let try hot soba 筷子座
Chopstick holder 這隻係兔仔

In general 我就鐘意落曬啲蔥落去
