  3. 畢生早晨,歡迎再次光臨我嘅家鄉”潮州”,希望您全程玩得開心,食得安心同埋路路平安,睇晒今條片又有少少資料補充,潮州式蠔烙基本上材料有蠔仔、蔥粒、番薯粉、同埋鴨蛋,我哋潮州人有句煎蠔烙嘅口訣,豬油猛火香腥湯,潮州人叫魚露做腥湯,以上缺一不可,做法係先用豬油起鑊,然後加蠔仔蔥粒薯粉調味後混合成嘅料漿,先煎至半熟狀態時再加上適量鴨蛋漿,口感煙靭又脆身,而不是全部材料混合在一起去煎的,然後在進食時點上加咗有胡椒粉嘅魚露。而我亦見過有福建同埋閩南版嘅蠔烙係會冇落蛋的,其實都係各地各施各法各有各好味。
