ほぼ誰も知らない国境地にある謎の超巨大ゴーストタウンに行ったら衝撃すぎた・・・

I’m currently in Singapore, and this time I’m going to a town called Forest City in Malaysia, which is just a 20-minute drive from Singapore.Forest City is an artificial island developed by Malaysia and China in cooperation with each other, and where prices of goods and real estate are very high.It is said to be a town that was born with the city plan of attracting wealthy people to this island and developing it greatly by taking advantage of its location, which is just a stone’s throw from Singapore. However, most of the costs were collected in Chinese money, and so far more than 15 trillion yen has been invested. So, what is the actual situation like? Countless gigantic towers and buildings have been constructed, creating a city on a tremendous scale, but there are almost no people living there, and it is said to be a ghost city. Some condominiums have been sold for investment purposes, but due to the influence of the corona virus, very few people have moved there, and most of the people who live there are said to be Chinese. The gorgeous city planning has turned into a tragic result, and the situation is strange. Ghost City Forest City I’m going to actually see it. From Singapore, I’m going to go to the Second Link, which is the Strait Bridge that crosses the Johor Bahru Strait, and then I’m going to go to Rikuro Kyotsu. Please watch it till the end. Now, I’m going to leave Singapore and go to Forest City in Malaysia, which is a town in Johor Bahru. I arrived in Singapore last night, and it’s hot. The humidity is definitely higher in Singapore than it was in Cambodia, where I was until yesterday. It’s definitely hotter here. I have the impression that Gapore is very hot, but I have an impression that it is very humid. What do you all think?I’m sure it depends on the time of year you come, but I’m going to go to the Singapore-Malaysia border, so this time I’m going to cross the border between Singapore and Malaysia , so I’m very particular about this.I don’t know if I should say that, but if you cross the Singapore-Malaysia border by rikuro.I’ve also been there by bus, but it’s like that. It’s not the main one. It’s not the one that connects directly to the information bar town, but there is a place below that where locals go. It’s closer to Forest City, where I’m going this time, and I don’t think many Japanese people go there. Yeah, one of the themes of this time is that I’d like to try it by car. You can also take the subway about 3 times from here, go to a nearby place, and then take the bus. But it’s a bit confusing, and it’s raining right now, and I have that suitcase, so I’m going to take Grab directly to that checkpoint border, go through the formalities from there, and head into Malaysia.Okay, I’ll call Grab now. It’s about 30km from here.It ‘s about 30$ for 30km from here, so it’s about 3000 yen. When you think about it, taxis are cheap in Singapore, where prices are so high. The gear app is here. It’s a Toyota Noah. One box has arrived. It ‘s from here. It’s on a special bus. It’s towards the Singapore border.Yes , so I’m getting on the bus.I don’t have a single Singapore dollar, Singapore’s local currency, but I was able to get on this bus with a visa, so I think I’ll probably be able to continue on to the fake car. It’s fun to get off, go through immigration, get off again, get on a different bus, and cross the bridge, isn’t it? I think it saved me a lot of time. I came here directly rather than taking the subway or bus, so the border is already there. It’s the immigration building. Yes, I can’t take pictures at the immigration, so I’m going to go there. With that, I’m done leaving Singapore . There was an automated gate in Singapore, so I didn’t have to do anything else, I just took my passport and passed through. After this, it’s the second link. I’m going to cross that bridge and enter Malaysia [music] [Music] So, from the second link, I was able to enter Malaysia for the first time on RECRO. There were no questions or anything. There was nothing from either Singapore or Malaysia. However, in Malaysia, there was that electronic application and that immigration card, and I thought it was only for airplane crossings, but I had to do it at RECRO, so I didn’t do it, but I was told to do it until then, and I guess I’ll just show it to you and that ‘s it. Yes, there are people from Chinese organizations around here right now. There are a lot of people there, but I’m going to take a local bus or taxi to a place called Forest City.Okay, then I’ll take this bus to Forest City.Everything is going well so far.I got to the second link safely from the city of Singapore, passed through the bridge, and now I’m entering Malaysia, so there was a bus going to Forest, so I can also catch it at the bus stop.I have some ringgit, but I didn’t bring Singapore dollars because I left them there . But we managed to get this far without spending a single yen of cash. One of the themes of this video is to use this border called Second Link, which is a major one, as well as the Johor Bahru Strait Makoto, and countermeasures against traffic congestion. That second point in Komun, the second bridge, the second checkpoint, is probably not used by many people, so the express buses and other things that go from town to town probably don’t pass through here. This one is more empty. It’s a little-known place, and it’s close to Forest City, where I’m going from now on, so I tried it out as a bit of an experiment, acting as everyone’s mainstay, but it turned out it wasn’t difficult at all and I had no problems, and I could pay for it all with a credit card. So, I hope you can use that as a reference. This time, I’m going to Forest City, which is already past noon, but I’m planning to stay there for two days, so that’s probably the theme that everyone likes, but this time, it’s that deep darkness. Well, it’s going to be something amazing. It’s a so-called ghost town. Look forward to it. First of all, I’m going to go to the hotel in Frest City. Unfortunately, it’s raining, so I might not be able to do any activities today. I have a little over a day left tomorrow, so I’d like to see Frest City. Right now, I just left Degradation and entered the expressway directly. The distance is about 10 km to where I’m going now. It’s not that far. [Music] Okay, then Hrest City. I arrived at the bus terminal. Unfortunately, it’s raining. I’m a little disappointed, but it feels like I’m already in China. Yeah, there are already some shops, so I’d like to check them out later. Wow, the smell of Chinese food is amazing. I have n’t eaten breakfast or lunch that day, so I went to a restaurant next to the bus terminal that I don’t really know if it’s Malay or not. There are only Chinese restaurants around there, but I decided to eat this, and it was fried rice with onion gore. I ordered chicken. He totally thinks I’m Chinese, so he tries to talk to me in Chinese and tells me I’m Japanese, but when I told him I was Japanese, he laughed so hard.He said, “Sorry, I’m sorry,” but yes, I don’t have any. I was told this as if I had done something really bad, but I’m going to go ahead.I don’t have any special impressions. It’s just average.Even though it was delicious, it was a little cold and it felt like it had been made beforehand.I wish it was warm . It’s so spicy. Why did they make it so spicy? It was just a normal taste. I just had lunch at this restaurant. Starting today, I’ll be staying in this Forest City for two days. This is what you can see right in front of me. This is this building, or this hotel, or maybe a condominium. I’m in Niamh, and I made a reservation here, right? I just realized that. Let’s go check in anyway. It’s probably more like an Airbnb than a hotel. It’s like renting an apartment there, but I don’t do it with an Airbnb. Yeah, it feels like there are no Malaysians at all.It ‘s a very foreign atmosphere. It ‘s amazing. It looks like it’s in tatters, and it has this kind of design. It’s called Forest City, so I managed to get that key.It ‘s quite difficult.I don’t know because there’s no one there.I asked the people at Shuei, and I managed to get it.Let ‘s go to the room. It’s on the top floor.42 The elevator is Shanghai Mitsubishi [Music] Well, I went in for now. Some people are probably staying there. There are usually a few people living there. Then I went into the room.It looks like this, it’s completely Air TV style. It has a refrigerator and a washing machine.I think it has a kitchen and a water hole.It ‘s like this. It’s wonderful with one bed.Yes, there’s a sofa, and the air conditioner works well. The TV is made by Sharp, which is unusual. It’s made in Japan, and it has good Wi-Fi.I just wanted to show you this. You can smoke on the balcony. There’s a beach here, and this is Malaysia. What was this?I think it was the Singapore Strait. The one you can see in the background is Singapore. Why is it this far away? This ocean. I just crossed the gorge on the bridge, so it ‘s called the second point, and it’s in the middle of Forest City, and there’s a pool at the bottom, and some people are in there, so it’s basically that place where the resort was developed. This white sandy beach, that palm tree has been carved out, and it’s all probably built by that person. Yes, it looks like this. In the back, there’s an international light. Singapore’s port is a must-see for supporting Japan’s economy, and I’m sure there are a lot of ships stopping by to unload cargo, but I’m sure there are tankers as well, so it’s amazing. It’s also interesting to be able to see Singapore from this distance while looking at Singapore on the other side.By the way, this hotel, or room, doesn’t come with any meals, etc. It cost about 5,000 yen per night, or about 12,000 yen after two nights with a 10,000 yen fee.It wasn’t my intention to stop here, but there was a convenience store downstairs and I bought some cup ramen. But there aren’t really any places to eat, so I had to use the restroom. Yes, that’s what it feels like. There’s a shower. This time, when I asked why I wanted to come to Forest City in Malaysia, I think I explained it a little bit at the beginning, but Makoto is not the place that originally existed as Malaysia , but rather the reclaimed land. It’s a completely built Tama Resort. It’s an island, so the Malaysian government has put a lot of effort into concentrating its population here, and it’s close to Singapore, so it’s easy to get there, and it’s inviting wealthy people from Singapore to come, and it’s also attracting a lot of Chinese people, and it’s going to develop greatly. It’s a town I created with the intention of being a ghost town, but it failed spectacularly , and if it doesn’t go well, it’s only autumn.I’m thinking of going to that town later, but I’ll see what it’s like.I came to see it.It ‘s another one of the so-called ghost town series, but this is it. Well, I think it’s something that most Japanese people don’t know. Now that the Chinese bubble has burst, real estate prices and things like that, there was probably a temporary boom in investing in things like buying a tower man at a resort. It’s more interesting to see that than actually living there. Well, it would be rude to call it interesting, but this phenomenon is quite famous in Toner Asia. The Chinese government is investing a huge amount of money, and it is said to be 15 trillion yen.It is said that the amount of money invested by the Chinese government is enormous, and it is said that it is 15 trillion yen.It is said that the amount of money that has been invested by the Chinese government is enormous. It’s a really weird place to be in Malaysia. It’s not that it’s particularly unsafe or anything, but it’s easy enough to stop by when you’re in Singapore. In fact, I entered the country today via Rikuro, and it’s easy, so the closest Malaysian town is Johor Bahru. It’s quite developed and I haven’t spent much time there, but it’s a resort and there are various theme parks and such, so I’m thinking of going to see it later.I’m going to move around today, so I guess that ‘s all when we arrive. [Music] Good morning. It’s the next morning. Today , I’m going to spend the day exploring what kind of town Forest City is like. Since the morning, I haven’t really felt any signs of people. It’s a little scary. But for now, let’s go out and look around. Forest City Finance Center It seems like the Shinriba Financial Center is completely specialized in Chinese people It was raining yesterday so I couldn’t move around, but today it’s a little cloudy but it’s clearer than yesterday so I think I’ll be able to see a lot of things.Oh, I didn’t know there was a cafe on the first floor. In the first place, this building I’m in now, or should I say Tower Man, looks like this . I didn’t know there was a coffee shop.It ‘s a nice coffee shop that seems to be very conscious.Let’s come back later.Anyway, the grounds are ridiculously large, so what do you do when you live here? I think most of you are here for investment purposes, but recently on our channel, we’ve been talking about ghost towns and things like that, and it’s been getting a lot of attention . But there’s really no one there, so it’s really scary at times . There’s one person cleaning this place, as if if I were to fall, no one would come to help me. Everything here is closed, too. Originally, it said it was a fashion mall, but I wonder if they were planning to open it. It’s all tenants, so it’s stuffed with materials and stuff. It’s being used like a private beach , but it feels like a lot of money has been spent to maintain it. It ‘s a pretty nice place when it’s busy with people. There’s a beach that people at Tower Man can use. It looks like a private beach, and if you look from that room, there’s a pool, so let’s go take a look . This is the private pool for people in Forest City, where I am now. There were people splashing in there yesterday , but they aren’t there today.I guess it’s because it’s a weekday, so there are quite a few cleaning staff here. I feel like there’s no such thing.I wonder what it is.When I go to those tourist spots in China, there are buildings and things that are built that would make us Japanese people think that it’s a good thing.I feel that.I really feel empty because the only staff there are cleaning.Ghost towns don’t have a lot of beauty. I don’t have an image of Chi, but this is the reality. This is the building where I’m staying for two nights. The sea looks like this, but fishing is also prohibited . The sea is by no means beautiful. I’ve said it many times, but in this back part of Singapore, it’s like this area is rapidly developing. Can Link It’s a border bridge connecting Singapore and Malaysia. Yes, there are a few shops like this, but I don’t know what they are. KK is the convenience store I went to yesterday. It looks like a fast food chicken shop that is common in Malaysia, but it doesn’t seem to be open. I wonder if it’s closed today. Amex cannot be used in the building. It’s really nice, but most of the time it’s closed, so it’s kind of eerie. There’s also this soft – serve ice cream shop. There are some shops that are now open in China and all over the world, but they’re not open. Or rather, they’re closed , but they don’t seem to be open . Yes, I guess they do make the escalators move. I guess they pay for it in Japan. Maybe it’s just the agency, but this is the first time I’ve seen the Nikkei Corporate logo.It ‘s a really large shopping mall. It’s probably a duty-free store , but it’s not open or they don’t even have any products.Perhaps restaurants like this open a little at night. The floor is shiny. There’s a supermarket here.Let’s go inside. Most of the things they sell are from China. It ‘s like a Chinese-only supermarket. It also sells daily necessities.I think it’s a Japanese shop.Asahi Travel Co.There’s also something like this.It says TWG, but it doesn’t seem to be the same as the TWG for black tea. It’s like a private lodging facility, so I rent an apartment from a regular person, but there’s also a hotel . [Music] It’s a nice hotel. You can see that it’s a Chinese hotel. There are a few shops around this hotel. There’s a spa, and there’s also a massage shop.I wonder how much it costs.I’d like to try it.Yes, it’s a little closed, but when I look at the menu, it’s 60 ringgit for 60 minutes, so it’s a little blurry.Yes, that 1800 yen. It’s amazing. Let’s take a look at the hotel. I think it’s a Land Rover Bentley or some other expensive car. Yes, this is the Marina Hotel, so I thought of staying here at first. But there was no space. I thought there would be that many people, but I couldn’t get one. Yeah, I actually wanted to stay here. It’s so beautiful. It looks like this. It ‘s so spacious. It’s so spacious. I haven’t done it yet, but there’s a sign saying that you can eat Peking duck.It looks like a pretty high-end Chinese restaurant. The floor and walls are all covered by proxy seats.Yes, I’m looking at the price at the cafe in this hotel right now , and you can even pay 10 yen for an espresso in US dollars. It’s 2.3 in US dollars, or 2.3 in American 10 yen. It’s not that expensive. It’s 330 yen for 10 yen. It’s about 320 yen and it’s cheap. Would you like to have a drink? The moment I entered the cafe at this marina hotel, I started to see Westerners . Most of the people in the cafe were Westerners. They were all working. Unlike China, I can freely use the Internet, so it might be a good place to work. I ordered ice cream, but I thought it was a rip-off when I was told that it would cost an additional 5 GH for ice cream, but it turned out to be 15 GH, which is quite small and looks delicious, but it’s nice because it’s so quiet. It’s quite hot outside. It seems nice to relax in a place like this, but this is the only place where I feel like I’m alone. Singapore I see a lot of Japanese when I go to Kuala Lumpur, but I don’t see Forest City.I don’t see many Koreans either. There are Koreans pretty much everywhere I go, but it’s amazing. There seems to be a hospital in Forest City. It’s amazing. There aren’t that many of them.It seems like almost no one lives there, but it’s amazing.I wonder how many blocks there are in Forest City 4. There are more than 32 blocks , right? I guess there are some people who like how densely packed they are. I once made a video of the Homi Danchi in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. It’s a really dense housing complex, and it’s said to be the best mammoth boy in Japan. There’s an area where a lot of Brazilians live, and there’s a laundry room under this big tower man, where each one of these dense cats is bigger than Japan. There are quite a few restaurants.I think this is a Malay restaurant. There are quite a few people. It seems like they are spread out quite a bit.A supermarket might be convenient. You don’t have to go to one place. This is also a Chinese restaurant. The super shank is so wide that I can’t see it all. There ‘s also a block further back. There’s a block in the back that’s about the same size as this one, about 20 mag.As expected, there ‘s also a Malatan shop that’s popular in Japan. All in all, this is the residential area of Forest City. I came here and it was very impressive. There were hardly any people passing each other, and when I went to the shops, there were a few people, but what percentage of the people were actually living in those huge condominiums , or tower houses? No, it’s too otherworldly. I kind of like this kind of thing, and I like going to places like this more than going to those crowded tourist spots, so I’m a little sorry, Ano Masaru. It’s so creepy to see people all alone in their hands, but it wasn’t open when I passed by this morning, but it’s open now . It’s a place where you can buy duty-free alcohol . It’s amazing . It’s all sold out. I ‘m sure they’ll be talking about the chattels. But it’s selling better than this one, but I think this one is still under construction. There’s also an international school, and there’s one on the other side, and the one with the red one is sold out. By the way, I’m guessing that they haven’t made it yet, and they’re going to make something like this at the back, and I’m wondering who’s going to buy it.It seems like they were trying to get Chinese capital into Bamba to make something for 10 million people. It’s a common story that almost no one came here to invest in real estate, and it turned into a ghost town due to people who didn’t invest in real estate, but I think that’s probably the biggest development in Tonersia. The amount of money spent here is about 15 trillion yen. As mentioned above, you can get one in 20 minutes by car from Singapore, so it’s excellent for access.Singapore is extremely expensive, so land and property are expensive, so it seems like they’re trying to get rich people to come here.I think they’re trying to attract mainly Chinese people, but now this song is in Chinese, so it’s not Malaysia anymore.I saw a Japanese family in Forest City for the first time. They looked like they were rich. It was a family , but I wonder if they came to look for property. I guess most of them are Chinese restaurants. Neko-chan This restaurant was closed when I passed by in the morning , but it seems to be open from lunch, so I looked it up and it was a restaurant. It’s almost noon right now , so I’m going to eat here.I entered this restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is very beautiful. It has a kind of tacky feel to it.As expected, the staff was interacting with other people, so it’s easy to interact with people, or rather, I understand that they’re Japanese. It ‘s so relaxing to hear the way they talk to me, but I’m sure there are a lot of nice people in Tashi. The staff at the shop were all excited about the Thai milk tea.I asked for it , but when I looked at it closely, it turned out to be chatramu.I’m glad I can drink this here . It’s quite a bit. When I walked around Frest City, I thought it was quite spacious. When I looked at it earlier, I had already walked about 10,000 steps this morning. However , there is no population density at all, or rather, there are no people. It feels strange. It feels like a ghost town. Before, I went to a city like Paris in Koshu, China, but it is a little different from that. This place is still more familiar to Japanese people, and there are places like shopping malls. There weren’t any people in Rushima , but when I was talking to a staff member, he laughed and said, “Why did you come to this ghost town?” But I thought, “You work there too, but no, it’s an interesting city.” So, this time, I crossed the Second Link bridge from Singapore and entered Malaysia by Rikuro, and now I’m in Forest City, which is between Singapore and Makoto. It takes about 20 minutes to get there. It’s an artificial light. The current state of development as a resort is something like this.If you are involved in real estate investment or investing overseas , I think there are people who know about Forest City, which is like a special economic zone in Malaysia, but I think most ordinary Japanese people probably don’t know about it. Nowadays, I think there are some in Japan, but basically there are areas all over the world that are mainly focused on Asia and Africa, and they invest mainly in China money and develop in this way.One of the realities of such a situation is like this on a large scale of 15 trillion yen. It’s a town I built over the years, but it’s starting to look like a ghost city. The person who works there just ate a big meal at a restaurant , and I’m asking people why I came to this ghost city. It’s not like that at all, it’s just that it’s not going well, or rather there are no people at all.But the scale of Malisia is huge, and compared to Singapore, prices of goods and land are quite low in Malisia, so I think that the resort and development are trying to attract more customers there, but it’s true that this area is rich. I think it’s wonderful. The scenery is nice and I can go to Singapore on the weekends.Well, you can go to Kuala Lumpur by plane. If you go to Johor Bahru in about an hour, you can go by train, there is also a bus, and it’s about 320 km that you can go by car.I think you can go to Kuala Lumpur. It’s not that far away, but there’s no doubt that it’s an attractive place for rich people and people who invest a lot, but it’s like this.I don’t think there are many Japanese people who come out of their way to visit here. I’m here all the time, but I don’t think most people know about it, so please watch it on YouTube and if you have any thoughts, please write them in the comments section. So, my channel is a little different, and I don’t have many of the standard tourist spots that everyone goes to. Lately, I’ve been going to some mysterious places a lot , so I’d appreciate it if you could give me some advice on that too, so I’d like to end this video like this. Thank you for watching till the end [Music] [music]

    Forest City
