Depart from Narita Airport 回程經過栃木縣回東京
Via Tochigi back to Tokyo 最後返去成田機場還車
Finally we return car at Narita Airport 這天首先去坐
First trip today 最上川芭蕉遊船
Take Mogamikyo Basho Line 船遊位位於最上郡
Boat trip is located in Mogami-gun 如果你唔係自駕遊
If you are not by road-trip 你可以搭JR去古口站
You can take JR to Furuguchi Station 然後行9分鐘就到
Then walk by 9 minutes 遊船在古口港上船
Cruise ship embarks at Furuguchi Port 跟住喺草薙港落船
disembark at Port Kusanagi 船程60分鐘
60 minutes by boat ¥2800 又或者你搭埋回程船
Or you can take the return boat 返去古口港
Return to Furuguchi Port ¥4400 我哋就選擇經濟些的方法
We choose the more economical method 搭巴士回去上船位置取車
Take the bus back to boarding location for my car 又或者你哋在JR古口站落車
Or you guys get off at JR Kuguchi Station ¥410 巴士時間係會就到落船時間
The bus time is the same as the time to disembark 這裡係最最上川芭蕉丸坐船的地方Mogamikyo Basho Line 巴蕉丸

Juyondai 酒廠
Brewery 我唔見佢有店
Look with no shop here 我要睇先啦
Let take a look 酒造係1615年創立
Brewery Established in 1615 擁有超過400年釀酒歷史
Over 400 years of brewing history 由於十四代清酒產量有限
Due to the limited production of Juyondai sake 但係需求量大
But the demand is high 所以被視為一酒難求嘅幻之酒
So it is considered a hard-to-find Phantom sake 這裡就係佢嘅辦公室
Here is office 跟住再揸16分鐘車
Then drive for 16 munutes 去尾花澤市
Go to Obanazawa City 寿司割烹とくら
Sushi Kappotokura 我哋隨便搵間在尾花澤市
We randomly find one in Obanazawa 這間壽司店
sushi restaurant 就食個lunch啦
For lunch 我哋點了鰻魚飯和魚生飯
We ordered eel rice and sashimi rice 吞拿魚飯
maguro rice 試山形米
Try Yamagata rice 豆腐
Tobu 唔知係咪推介

Add spring onion & ginger 豆腐很好味
Tobu is very delicou 皮炸得好香
The skin is fried deliciously 入面又好滑
Inside is very slippery 再揸18分鐘車
Drive for 18 minutes 就會去到銀山溫泉
Then arrive Ginzan Onsen 我哋就住旅館藤屋
We will stay at Ginzan Onsen Fujiya Inn 銀山溫泉係唔俾車入
Cars are not allowed into Ginzan Onsen 所以我哋要泊在山上面嘅酒店專用停車場
So need to park in the hotel-only parking lot on the hill 跟住你可以call酒店shuttle bus
Then call shuttle bus from hotel 又或者行8分鐘入去
Or walk by 8 minutes 到了銀山溫泉
Arrive Ginzan onsen 現在等shuttle bus來接我們
Waiting for shuttle bus 好好彩
Very lucky 我哋遇到另一對日本人
There is a pair of Japanese 佢哋都去我哋同一間旅館藤屋
Go to Ginzan Onsen Fujiya Inn too 佢哋就打電話去叫shuttle bus
They call shuttle bus 我哋就不用行入去啦
We don’t need to walk 因為我哋冇電話
As we don’t have Mobile 酒店職員在前面
Staff is at the front 幫我們拉行李過去
Help us carry the luggages 這裡很靚
Here is very beautiful 我哋就係住右邊這間
Our hotel is at right side 旅館藤屋

As it locates at mountain 銀山溫泉係以大正時期嘅懷舊風情
Ginzan Onsen has a nostalgic style from the Taisho period 同埋冬季浪漫雪景聞名
and the famous winter romantic snow scene 不過現在係春天
But now is spring 河水好犀利
The river water is so sharp 唔知係咪因為
Maybe related to 溶了雪
Melting snow on mountain 所以咁犀利
That’s why it’s so sharp 今日這裡都有香港人
Here has Hong Kong people today 在溫泉街
At Onsen Street 總共有7間溫泉酒店
Totally has 7 onsen hotels 但係都係一房難求
But a room is hard to find 所以建議大家
So I suggest you 一見到酒店放房出嚟
Once find any vacancy of room 就要即刻預約

Think the background of ‘Spirited Away’ 這條紅色橋亦係卡通片內好經典嘅場面
This red bridge is also a very classic scene on cartoon 銀山溫泉再轉彎

Shirogane Falls 係有22米高嘅瀑布
There is a 22-meter-high waterfall 跟住我哋就行返出去溫泉街的街頭

The most beautiful is those hotels 所以名信片都係影那幾間
So postcards are photographed in those few 銀山溫泉足湯

Fujiya was actually founded in the Edo period 喺一間老字號嘅溫泉旅宿
A old and famous hot spring accommodation 這裡係2006年重新改裝
This was remodeled in 2006 3層樓嘅建築
3-storey building 採用融合街景嘅木造外觀
Features a wooden exterior that blends streetscape 中間那間房就係我哋間房
Our room is at middle one 只有8間房
Only has 8 rooms here 在銀山溫泉內
At Ginza Onsen 出面就古舊嘅設計
Outside on the old design 內面就好很日式現代嘅風格
The inside is very Japanese modern style 完全唔覺得自己係銀山溫泉內
I don’t feel like I’m in Ginzan Onsen at all 好靚

今集我們分享由成田機場出發往山形縣追櫻，經茨城県，第5天經去日本三大急流「最上川」，坐芭蕉丸遊覽船，途經清酒之王 十四代 高木酒造，跟住去 超人氣溫泉-銀山溫泉，感受早午晚的大正時代浪漫，入住由名日本建築師 隈研吾 設計溫泉酒店-旅館藤屋，溫泉一泊二食食山形鄉土料理和尾花澤牛。
In this episode, we will share our journey from Narita Airport to Yamagata Prefecture to chase cherry blossoms, passing through Ibaraki Prefecture. On the 5th day, we will go to the “Mogami River”, one of the three rapids in Japan, and take a sightseeing boat to the Bashomaru, passing by the sake king, the 14th generation Takagi Brewery, and then stay at the super popular hot spring – Ginzan Onsen, to experience the romance of the Taisho era in the morning, noon and night. Stay at the hot spring hotel – Fujiya, designed by the famous Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, and eat two meals at the hot spring to enjoy the local cuisine of Yamagata and Obanazawa beef.
