ふらっと出かけた場所を紹介しようと思います。
2025年6月に愛知県稲沢市にある「大塚性海寺歴史公園」に行きました。
・第34回 稲沢あじさいまつり
大塚性海寺歴史公園・性海寺を舞台に開催。
園内にはガクアジサイをはじめ、ヤマアジサイ、西洋のアジサイなどが植栽され、6月には園内一帯にアジサイが咲き誇り、人々の目を楽しませてくれます。
また、性海寺には貴重な文化財が数多く残されており、歴史と文化、自然を満喫しながら散策できます。
会場内で食べられるおいしい和菓子などが日替わりで販売されます。
開催期間：2025年5月31日(土)～6月15日(日)
開催時間：午前10時～午後4時
名鉄国府宮駅から開場まで無料のシャトルバスが運行しています。
(土日のみ)
・性海寺（しょうかいじ）
約1200年前、弘法大師・空海が、名古屋の熱田神宮にお参りする途中に開基。
境内には、本堂をはじめ多宝搭、宝塔など、貴重な文化財が多く残されています。
・大塚性海寺歴史公園
由緒ある歴史を誇る性海寺の境内地内に整備された「大塚性海寺歴史公園」は、豊富な文化財を楽しみながら、花と緑が楽しめる公園として、人々に
親しまれています。
また初夏を彩る「あじさい」の名所としても有名です。
公園には、「紅」「花火」「城ヶ崎」「甘茶」などの日本のアジサイや「アナベル」「八重咲カシワバアジサイ」などの西洋のアジサイが植栽されています。
シーズンには多種多様なアジサイが咲き誇り、息を飲むような芙しさで園内を彩ります。

In June 2025, I went to Otsuka Seikaiji Historical Park in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture.
・34th Inazawa Hydrangea Festival
Held at Otsuka Seikaiji Historical Park and Seikaiji Temple.
The park is home to a variety of hydrangeas, including lacecap hydrangeas, mountain hydrangeas, and Western hydrangeas, and in June, the hydrangeas bloom all over the park, delighting the eyes of the people.
In addition, Seikaiji Temple is home to many valuable cultural assets, and you can stroll around while enjoying the history, culture, and nature.
Delicious Japanese sweets and other foods that can be eaten at the venue will be sold on a daily basis.
Event period: Saturday, May 31, 2025 – Sunday, June 15, 2025
Event hours: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
A free shuttle bus runs from Meitetsu Konomiya Station to the opening of the venue.

・Shokai-ji Temple
Founded by Kobo Daishi Kukai on his way to Atsuta Shrine in Nagoya about 1200 years ago.
Many precious cultural assets remain on the grounds, including the main hall, the pagoda, and the Hoto.
・Otsuka Shokai-ji Temple Historical Park
Developed within the grounds of the venerable Shokai-ji Temple, Otsuka Shokai-ji Temple Historical Park is loved by people as a park where you can enjoy flowers and greenery while enjoying the rich cultural assets.
It is also famous as a famous spot for hydrangeas, which color the early summer.
The park is planted with Japanese hydrangeas such as “Beni,” “Hanabi,” “Jogasaki,” and “Amacha,” as well as Western hydrangeas such as “Annabelle” and “Double-flowered Kashiwaba Hydrangea.”
During the season, a wide variety of hydrangeas bloom in full bloom, coloring the park with a breathtaking beauty.
