We dropped by “Suzuyaa,” a standing soba spot tucked away on the 2nd floor of a high-rise right near Ichikawa Station.
Their soba comes topped with crispy satsuma-age and super fragrant shungiku tempura — packed with flavor and texture, it totally hit the spot!
Even though it’s super close to the station, the place feels chill and low-key. A real hidden gem for soba fans!
