We are currently in Sabae City, which is famous for its glasses, but it is also famous for its red pandas, and we are near Nishiyama Zoo, which is full of red pandas. Admission to the zoo is free, so we went there and they were so cute ! So, this video is about a gourmet tour of Fukui Prefecture! Why did I come here? Because it’s the restaurant where this soy sauce cutlet bowl originated. The origin is amazing, so everyone is copying it. It’s an amazing thing, so let’s wait and see. Here we are , a soy sauce cutlet bowl. This is soy sauce. There is a delicious way to eat it, so I’ll look at this and try it. First, enjoy the aroma of the soy sauce . Not all the noodles are the same. We ordered grated daikon soba, which is quite thick and flat compared to other restaurants. And it’s only 690 yen, which is a bargain. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten soba at a soba restaurant, so let’s wait. Here we go. Grated daikon soba . Unlike regular cold soba, it’s covered in broth. Let’s eat . The flavor of the thick soba is amazing. This broth is made with shiitake mushrooms, kelp, mackerel, bonito, and muro broth. It also has freshly shaved bonito flakes on top, so the flavor is even more amazing. 100% buckwheat soba has a strong aroma. It’s refreshing with the grated daikon, and it’s the best . The bonito flakes are delicious. It’s noisy. The noodles are delicious. The flat noodles are delicious . I’m starting to get addicted to soba. Apparently they crush the buckwheat flour with the shells when making it, so there were a lot of black grains in it. There was quite a bit of black in the soba soup. I was impressed with my first 100% buckwheat soba. Thank you for the meal. Ok. Oh… I understand… We have arrived at Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Yokohama Ramen Hide, and since we found out that we can eat family-style ramen in Fukui we ordered the regular portion of ramen The pork slices were huge so let’s eat! It’s really exciting to eat family-style ramen after such a long time First of all, we have a sip of the soup, which is clearly rich The moment you take a sip, it spreads to every corner of your body, it feels like it’s really permeated your body It ‘s been a long time since I’ve had this feeling Now let’s eat the noodles Speaking of family-style ramen, they are these short, medium-thick noodles They ‘re delicious!
