Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Dubai’s New 5-Star Luxury Hotel | 4K Resort Tour & Vlog

This is the gate of Marsa Al Arab. Beyond the gate, we will first see 82 serviced residences. The residences are separate buildings, and the hotel building is a little further away. The hotel building is visible in the background. The hotel was officially opened on March 14, 2025. The exterior of the hotel is inspired by a super yacht. The hotel was designed by Dubai architectural firm Killa Design. The hotel has an impressive exterior design. The hotel’s arches are impressive. Beautiful fountain. Parking. Dubai’s iconic 7-star hotel, Burj Al Arab. The Marsa Al Arab we are going to this time is a sister hotel of that 7-star hotel, and is operated by the same Jumeirah Group. There is a revolving door in the center of the entrance. The official name of the hotel is “Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab” and it is a 5-star hotel. The entrance has a 3D printed deep blue ceramic wall. Dynamic aerial glass sculptures inspired by the sea breeze. The bell desk has portraits of three members of the UAE royal family. Reception. I had the impression that it was crowded between 12:00 and 16:00. There are also floating glass sculptures here that evoke the sea breeze. As a welcome drink, we will be given Arabic coffee and mineral water. I will have Arabic coffee. On the ground floor where we are now, there is a Pierre Hermé boutique, which we will explore after the room tour. We can order light meals and coffee in the lobby lounge. Going further in, there is an elevator hall. There are 6 elevators to the guest room floors. The hotel has 12 floors. The windows in the elevator hall offer a view of the marina. The hotel has 386 rooms (300 guest rooms and 86 suites). My room number today is 425, which is at the very back. It’s quite a walk to the room. Refreshing art of mirror and marble. There’s still a long walk to the room. Along the way, there is blue art that evokes the sea. The hallway has a stylish atmosphere. It took about 3 minutes to walk from the elevator hall to room 425, and it felt far away. Room 425 is a suite located at the very end of the hotel. The room category is “Ocean Panoramic Room”. The rate is 5,900 AED (1,605 USD) per night. First, let’s take a look at the whole room. The room is 103 square meters (1,108 square feet). It has a large private terrace of 98 square meters (1,055 square feet). Dining table. Bathroom and sinks. Shower room and toilet. The terrace continues from here. Large walk-in wardrobe. This room is located at the end of the hotel, and features a large terrace. From here, we can see the 7-star Burj Al Arab. From the other side, we can see the marina and Burj Khalifa. Returning to the room, let’s take a closer look. The location of room 425. The light switches are touch panel type. There is a minibar in front of the room. There seems to be a review that the minibar is expensive. 50 AED (13.6 USD) for potato chips and popcorn may be a little expensive. Coca-Cola 30 AED (8.17 USD), Red Bull 45 AED (12.25 USD). Alcoholic drinks. Cocktail books, vodka, whiskey, etc. Coffee cups and glasses. Glasses made by French brand LEHMANN. Coffee cups made in the UK. Nespresso Creatista Plus coffee machine. Three types of coffee capsules. Tea made by British brand NEWBY. A FELLOW electric kettle. Designed in San Francisco, manufactured in China. Fruit knife, bottle opener, cocktail set, ice bucket. Mineral water, a uniquely designed bottle. Snacks. All snacks are charged. Champagne, rosé. The fridge is stocked with drinks like we would find in any other hotel. The minibar door was originally open, but it can be closed. Let’s take a look at the living space. The floor is wooden. A black marble table. A moss terrarium. The suite category rooms come with a dedicated butler. Two magazines (an architecture magazine and a travel magazine). A universal power outlet, a USB-C port, and a USB-A port. An original memo pad. An original ballpoint pen. Orange seems to be the hotel’s image color. A TV remote control made by Korean brand SAMSUNG. We can view hotel information on the 65-inch smart TV. We’ll take a look at the hotel facilities after the room tour. We can watch TV programs, YouTube, weather forecasts, etc. The TV wiring is messy. Next, let’s take a look at the bed space. A king-size bed. Slightly soft pillows. The affiliated hotels use beds from the Swedish brand DUXIANA, and is this the same in this hotel? A stylish reading light. The bed is equipped with a universal power outlet and USB ports. A marble bedside table. A table clock from the British brand OliverHemming. There is already water on the bedside table. A card to request a change of linen and towels. The room slippers are here. A Bluetooth speaker from the Danish brand Bang & Olufsen. Next, let’s take a look at the dining table. A welcome message in English. Luxurious welcome sweets. They were delicious sweets. Welcome fruits. Books on cities and housing. A weight in the shape of a crab. There is an ashtray on the terrace, and smoking is allowed. We can relax on the sofa bed on the terrace. I recommend a room with a view of the Burj Al Arab at the 7-star hotel. There is a helipad over there. There is an observation restaurant and bar over there. The Burj Al Arab opened in December 1999 and celebrated its 25th anniversary. There is a beach and a water park nearby. And there is another affiliated hotel, Jumeirah Beach Hotel (opened in 1997). There is a beach and main pool for hotel guests only. There is a pool for suite guests only. There is also a bar and sunbeds for suite guests only. Arabian Gulf (Persian Gulf) view. On the other side is the marina view. Marsa Al Arab villas are lined up. There are many cool boats in the marina. Depending on the direction of the room, you will have a marina view. On the other side is the public Jumeirah Beach. If the weather is good, we can see the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. We can enjoy jet skiing in the sea around here. We can see the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah over there. Atlantis Hotels. There is a sturdy door in front of the bathroom. Let’s take a look at the bathroom. Double sink. Hand and body milk from the British brand VOTARY. VOTARY soap. Tissues. Cotton set. A cup that makes us feel the sea. A scale from the British brand Roomwell. A heavy amenity box. Nail kit, hairbrush, shaving kit, dental kit. Comb, sanitary bag, shower cap. Bathtub. Loofah sponge. Bath salt. The blinds can be opened and closed with a single switch. Raise the blinds and enjoy the open view. An original bathrobe from the hotel. A gorgeous orange bathrobe. Next is the marble shower room. It is equipped with a rain shower and a hand shower. The shower brand is GESSI from Italy. I have the impression that GESSI showers have weak water pressure, so I’m a bit worried. The rain shower has three modes. Conditioner and shampoo from the Italian brand Rossano Ferretti. The bottle is exclusive to this hotel. Shower gel from the British brand VOTARY. Opposite the shower room is the toilet and bidet. It’s a normal toilet. Next, let’s take a look at the vanity. A mirror with LED lights. The switch is a little hard to find. There are several large wardrobes with plenty of storage space. This wardrobe contains… A brush, a shoehorn, and a sticky roller. A beach bag made by the hotel. This item can be purchased at the reception. The same bathrobe as before. Sturdy hangers. Silk terry bathrobes. Made by Dubai brand BeMystique. These bathrobes feel nice to the touch. An iron and an ironing board. Sewing kit. Laundry bags and shoe bag. A clothes steamer from the British brand Progress. Many of the items are made in the UK. Shoe keeper. Safety box. Accessory box. In-room dining menu and spa menu. Stationery. Postcard. A hair dryer from the British brand Dyson. End of room tour. It was a nice room. Next, let’s explore the ground floor (lobby floor). Near the reception is the Pierre Hermé Paris boutique. The marble walls and floors are gorgeous. Delicious looking pastries. Colorful macarons. Sweets. Jewelry from the Monaco/Monte Carlo brand ORLOV is displayed in the corridor. The ORLOV boutique is on the lower floor. The lobby lounge is divided into several areas. The restroom doors have touch switches. Marble sinks. Liquid soap and lotion. Go further inside the ground floor. Here we will find an Italian restaurant and bar called Rialto. It is an Italian restaurant with a casual atmosphere. Further inside is an area called THE FORE. There are four restaurants in THE FORE. The four restaurants in THE FORE are used as breakfast venues in the morning. This terrace has a view of the Burj Al Arab. A bar. A Japanese restaurant called Umi Kei. An Asian restaurant called Madame Li. An Asian atmosphere. At the back is a French restaurant called Mirabelle. All four restaurants have terraces. We can see the Burj Al Arab from this terrace. The Bombay Club is an Indian restaurant. In the morning, buffet meals are served here. This terrace… It has a marina view. Go to the entrance on the opposite side of the lobby. A sophisticated spiral staircase. On the first floor, there is a European restaurant called The Cullinan. We can see the Burj Al Arab in front. This restaurant is also a steakhouse. It is located in an easily accessible area for outside guests and is one of the popular restaurants. It is open from noon to 2am, so you can enjoy lunch and dinner. From the terrace seats, we can see both the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Burj Al Arab. Let’s go downstairs. Below is a bar club called LITT. The passage and entrance to the bar are stylish. The interior of the bar is quite sophisticated. It is open from 9pm to 3am, so it looks like it will be lively at night. In front of the bar’s toilet. Nearby is a Japanese and Mediterranean restaurant called Kira. This is also located in an easily accessible area for outside guests and is one of the popular restaurants. Like the previous bar, it is a restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Let’s go to the floor below the ground floor (the elevator says floor M). Go down the stairs. Burj Al Arab view. Beautiful spiral staircase. This floor has the kids club, shops and prayer rooms. ORLOV boutique from Monaco. Jumeirah Circle kids club. Games area in the kids club. We can play PS5 games. There are also table games and beanbags. There is also a boutique by Eleventy, a fashion brand from Milan, Italy. There was no boutique selling hotel goods. Next, let’s take a look at the facilities outside the hotel. We can see the Burj Al Arab from various places. Let’s go to the Iliana Pool Club, which is only available to suite guests. This is also called the VIP pool and is open from 9am to 7pm. There are three common pools, and I think this one is the best. Sofas and hammocks. Sunbeds with bath towels. We can see the Burj Al Arab in front of the pool. There are sunbeds there too. A great infinity pool. It looks like a good spot for taking photos. On the way back, we can see the Marsa Al Arab building. The pool was heated and felt good in the summer. I think it’s worth staying in a suite just to come to this pool. There is also Iliana’s bar. Private cabanas. To the Iliana beach area. This area is filled with rocks. This area is also called the VIP beach and is only available to suite guests. Even though it’s called a beach, we can’t enter the sea from here. It’s a place where we can relax and enjoy the ocean view while lying on a sunbed. The room I’m staying in is around there. Next, let’s go to the main pool. There is a Greek restaurant called Iliana in the area, and I plan to go there for dinner. Sunscreen is provided at the main pool. The main pool and the beach are open from 9am to 7pm. Let’s take a look at the main pool. The main pool is large and can be enjoyed by both children and adults. There are a sufficient number of sunbeds. Open shower booths. Private cabanas are also provided. The main pool area has some greenery and a nice atmosphere. We can see the Burj Al Arab from the main pool. A splash pool for small children. Let’s go to the beach. This beach is exclusively for hotel guests, and we can relax on a sunbed. Let’s walk a little on the beach. This beach has a pleasant sound of the waves. From the beach, we can see the entire Burj Al Arab. According to the official website, this is a pristine beach. From the beach, we can see the entire Marsa Al Arab building. That’s the hotel entrance, and we can see that it’s at the end. Let’s go to the end of the hotel. There are also places like this on the way. At the end of the hotel, there is the Kinugawa adult pool and restaurant. Kinugawa is the name of a river in Japan. As the name suggests, this is a Japanese restaurant and bar. It is a casual restaurant on the beachfront. There are also sunbeds lined up on the beach near Kinugawa. Marsa Al Arab’s private beach ends around here. At this point, it is no longer Marsa Al Arab, but rather closer to the neighboring Jumeirah Beach Hotel. In fact, there is a pool around here too. This is called the Kinugawa Pool, and is an adults-only pool. The pool is circular and surprisingly large. The word KINU is written on the pool towels. It has a calm atmosphere because it is adults-only. There is also a bar. We can order light meals and drinks from the Kinugawa Restaurant. We can also see the Burj Al Arab from this pool. A futuristic object. Let’s go back inside the hotel. There is a fitness center and indoor pool on the 5th floor of the hotel. It is called Talise Fitness. The gym is open 24 hours a day and is a decent size. The gym has a view of the marina from the windows. Still water and fruits. Infused water. Towels are provided. The gym is equipped with the latest Technogym machines. There aren’t a huge number of machines, but it looks like you can do basic exercises and training. There is also a studio at the back. There is also a body composition analysis device. Dumbbells and training benches. There are 11 lockers between the gym and the pool. There are only hangers inside the lockers. Lockers of various sizes are available. Heated jacuzzi. Spa pool. Poolside beds and cabanas. The pool has a view of the Burj Al Arab. Guests can relax in beds and cabanas. Take a short rest on the bed. There are also sofas and tables, and chocolates are placed on them. The pool looks long, but it is only 20 meters (65.6 feet). The pool was heated and easy to enter. Let’s go out to the terrace. This terrace is in a different location from the terrace of the room where I am staying. It is about time for the sun to set. From this terrace, we can see the main pool. And the area around the hotel entrance. I recommend a hotel room with a view of the Burj Al Arab… In this way, we can also see the Burj Al Arab from shared facilities such as the pool terrace. Therefore, some people may think that it is okay to stay in a room with a marina view. The spa also has 13 treatment rooms. The spa treatment rooms are available for one and two people. The spa reception and boutique are located on the lower 4th floor. This is the spa boutique. Skin care products from the Parisian brand EviDenS de Beauté. Bath salts from the Irish brand Ground Wellbeing. And there is a hair salon called Limoz Logli. I decided to watch the sunset from the terrace of our room. The sunset reflected on the wall. A beautiful sunset. I was able to see a perfect sunset. Let’s take a look at the marina as well. We can see buildings that were not visible during the day… Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. Jumeirah Beach. It was warm even at around 7pm when I stayed in June, so there were still many people on the beach. The terrace of this room is large, so we can enjoy a variety of views. A parachute over the water… About 30 minutes passed, and it was around 7:30pm. Burj Al Arab has started to light up. Only the upper part and the front of the building are lit up. The artificial island Palm Jumeirah is faintly visible. Atlantis Hotels are lit up. The villas in the marina are also beautifully lit up. Let’s take a look at Burj Khalifa. Burj Khalifa has an LED light show at night, but it’s hard to see from here. We can see the lit up Jumeirah Beach Mosque. Dinner starts at 8pm. For dinner, I chose Greek restaurant Iliana. Iliana restaurant is located between the main pool and Iliana Pool Club. There are 11 restaurants in the hotel, and Iliana is one of the more popular. The dress code for dinner at this restaurant is Chic Elegant. Indoor table and counter seating. The indoor table seating has a nice atmosphere. The restaurant is on the beachfront, and the outdoor table seats have a view of Burj Al Arab. However, it’s hot outside in the summer in Dubai, so I go back indoors. Let’s take a look at the drinks menu. Sour & Highball. Signature cocktails. Greek spirits. Champagne by the glass. White wine by the glass. Greek white wine available. White wine by the bottle. Greek white wine available. Food menu. You can choose your fish at the fish market. Today’s fish prices. It seems like it would be a good idea to choose fish, but I didn’t order it that day. Rear. Salads. Cold appetizers. Hot appetizers. Oven-baked pide. Fish market. Main dishes. Side dishes. Amuse-bouche. They’re like cheese pies. Freshly baked bread. Looks delicious. Olive oil. Helen cocktail, 70 AED (19.06 USD). A mix of apricot, passion fruit and prosecco. Sea bass carpaccio, 120 AED (32.67 USD). With sea urchin. Greek-style seared tuna, 148 AED (40.3 USD). Grilled snow peas, pistachios, truffle balsamic dressing. Mykonos-style truffle linguine, 250 AED (68.07 USD). Arseniko cheese, pepper, truffle seasoning. Digestifs, coffee, tea menu. Dessert menu. Ice cream, 28 AED (7.62 USD). Jasmine, 40 AED (10.89 USD). Wet towel service. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the prices seemed a bit high overall. The bill was 723.33 AED (196,65 USD) per person. I think this hotel is good because it has a wide selection of stylish restaurants. Let’s take a walk inside and outside the hotel at night. Killa Design (Shaun killa), who designed this hotel, has also designed other famous buildings These include the Museum of the Future in Dubai and the Shebara Resort in Saudi Arabia. The design is futuristic and stylish. This hotel has a beautiful exterior and interior. The hotel has a good clientele, with many fashionable people. Let’s walk on the ground floor (lobby floor). Lobby lounge at night. Reception at night. Is the passage a little narrow? Aerial glass sculpture. It feels a little different during the day and at night. Blue ceramic wall. It looks a little more subdued at night. To the driveway. Go outside. Marsa Al Arab and Burj Al Arab lit up. Marsa Al Arab is said to have a curvaceous and feminine design. At night, the art is lit up and looks even more beautiful. It’s also a good point to see Burj Al Arab in the back. A beautiful fountain. This fountain lifts the mood of guests who come to the hotel. A beautiful lit-up Burj Al Arab. And one more surprising fact… On the other side… The lit-up Burj Khalifa. The entrance to Marsa Al Arab is between Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa. When I return to my room at night, the thing to check is… Turndown service. During the turndown service, slippers with my initials were placed. A laundry set was also placed on the bed. Dubai is humid in summer, and leaving the window open may set off the fire alarm. Night view from the terrace. There are several colors of Burj Al Arab lighting. The pool is closed at night, so the area is quiet. It’s nice to relax on the terrace at night. Burj Khalifa is quite far from here. We might be able to see Burj Khalifa better in winter. The toothbrush is the same as the one in the 7-star hotel Burj Al Arab. The combs are made of wood. There were no surprising amenities. Dropped in bath salts. Check the water pressure in the shower. The water pressure of the hand shower was… A little weak. The rain shower depends on the mode, but the water pressure was not strong. The Wi-Fi speed was fast. I kept looking at the Burj Al Arab from the terrace. Is the light of Burj Al Arab reflected on the Jumeirah Beach Hotel? To the next morning. The curtains can be opened with one touch. Good morning. A refreshing morning. To the ground floor. Breakfast at THE FORE on the ground floor. As I said the day before, four restaurants are used as breakfast venues. The first one is the Japanese food area. Inari sushi, chicken meatballs, zucchini. Salads. Beef balls, eggplant. Rolled omelets. Meatballs with mayonnaise. Tatsuta chickens, yakitori. Okonomiyaki. The Japanese food area is more substantial than I expected. Yakitori is grilled here. Rolled sushi. Nigiri sushi and seared sushi. Standard sushi such as tuna and salmon. Seaweed crackers. The Japanese food area didn’t seem to be very popular. Next area. Fruit, yogurt, sweets, etc. Tart selection. Large variety. Fresh fruits. Fruit salad. Yogurt. Chia pudding, muesli. Sauces, berries. Honey. Cereal collection. Large variety. Milk. Acai bowl. Morning spark, sunrise boost. Next area. Gluten-free station. Feuillette station. Pies topped with avocado, ham, salmon, etc. Lemon cakes, marble cakes. Breads. Madeleines, Danishes, croissants, etc. Croissant Ispahan, Braided. Almond croissants, pain suisse au chocolat, sugar tarts. Sliced breads and a toaster. Raspberry and strawberry bow ties. Brioches and kouglof. Toppings. Cereals and milk. Next is the Indian food area. Dal Kachori. Chutney. Rice noodles. Prawn stew. Paratha Pav and Dosa. Live station. Khandvi, etc. Indian and Arabic food. Olives. Cheese Rakakat. Foul medames. Hummus. Next is the seafood area. Bagels. Looks delicious. Croissants again. Raw oysters. Lobsters, shrimps. Salmons. Beets, ham, salami, etc. Next area. Cheese selection. Salads. The buffet menu was substantial. There are other a la carte menus. Explanation of THE FORE (four restaurants). About each area. We have already seen these. Savoury. Sweet. Signature, Side. Coffee & Tea, Shakes & Smoothies. Bread selection. Maison Francis Miot jam. Chamomile from the British brand NEWBY. A variety of foods. Lobster Benedict. I felt that the breakfast content exceeded that of the 7-star hotel Burj Al Arab. There is also an in-room dining menu. Set menus of Arabic breakfast, Marsa breakfast, and Turkish breakfast are offered. Menus such as Marsa omelette are also available. Finally, somewhere we haven’t been yet. Let’s go to the marina. This marina is a state-of-the-art marine facility that can accommodate 82 berths. It is designed to accommodate vessels up to 61 meters long, and has immediate access to the open sea. There are cool vessels lined up. Map of the marina. It is a beautiful marina. The marina has six casual restaurants and cafe. We can enter without making a reservation. Let’s go to the cafe. It is a cafe with a casual atmosphere. Light meals and drinks menu. Salads and sweets. Various drinks menu. I ordered Dubai / Abu Dhabi Sunset, 38 AED (10.35 USD). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Checked out at 12 o’clock. Reception. The bill was 6,623.33 AED (1,803.48 USD). By the way, this is a stay in the cheap season in June, so the price will be a little higher in winter. Impressions. The room and restaurant were clean. I think the service was normal for a 5-star hotel. I didn’t mention it in the video, but I arrived at the hotel around 1:00 pm and finally got into my room around 3:10 pm. In particular, the variety of restaurants is abundant and the atmosphere is good, so it seems like it would be fun when outside guests come for dinner. In addition, as a benefit for guests staying at the hotel, you can enjoy the water park for free. However, there are many other good hotels in Dubai, and I don’t think Marsa Al Arab is unique. Thank you for watching.

Today we will be staying at Dubai’s new 5-star luxury hotel, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, which opened in March 2025.
