They want to serve dishes using Kyushu ingredients that are not offered at other stalls, and since it is a one-man operation, there are not many dishes, but they prepare them well and try to shorten the time until they can serve them as much as possible . We were given a recommended sake to go with the obanzai. This sake is from “Yama no Kotobuki” in Kurume, Fukuoka. It has a strong fruity aroma. The cubes are cooked in Kagoshima soy sauce before serving to add a fragrant flavor, and are a popular dish that goes perfectly with alcohol .
