What My Travel Days Really Look Like – Beyond the Ride – Thailand

good morning in the morning the plan for today 
is going direction Pokeet if I was directly I think I would have like around 200 but I will go 
to another route i don’t want to go to the highway so I will do the highway until I can change and 
take a small one and I think we’ll be in 150 km so yeah then I will try to continue until reaching 
Pokeet for a small road the weather is quite hot it’s not that cloudy anymore like was yesterday 
my plan for Puket is probably I’m going to do like some train of Muay Thai Muay Thai train and here 
in Thailand is the place and I hear that in Puket there is a lot of place and now soon I’m going to 
eat i’m going to do the laundry fix something the bike work out eat properly rest then I’m going 
to continue crab the plan is like plan no plan so yeah time to live it’s a nice place i like it and 
it’s quite hiding i just saw it because of Google Maps because if it 
was by coincidence I don’t think so and here’s the coffee that’s nice so for now the road so far so good weather 
perfect is it still early but 28° and look around how green is everything feels 
always weird when you go through that kind of asphalt when it’s just a lot with a lot 
of strats because the front tire is going like and now it’s not bad but there is once 
that’s like crazy the bike goes crazy here there’s a lot of Muslims because I 
already saw I don’t know how many mosques sweet dreams are made of this who am I to 
disagree travel the world and the seven seas travel the world and the seven sea how many 
temples here crazy uh it’s a quite a surprise because I thought it would be like highway but 
until now just that kind of road and it’s just perfect let’s see how long it’s going to take to 
change hope not soon i just put patrol i had a yog there with thank you some vitamins water and now 
I’m going to go to a sanctuary something like that wrong why did I did here I don’t know So the next 
stop 37 kilometers then after there I’m going to see through where I will go to Puket and 
where I’m going to stay because I still don’t have a hotel we are already in the wildlife 
sanctuary um yeah I mean I saw elephants but they were they were tied i didn’t I didn’t 
even film the end because I was no there is 7 km to the point view cow so viewpoint if it’s a 
viewpoint it’s supposed to be a bit high right I was already thinking like okay it’s a viewpoint 
we should start to go up when we’re going to go up so it seems that is now cow so national park 
that is a thought that I always have when I see that kind of landscape like kind of hills a 
lot of trees like that and I see signs that say there is elephant in the area okay so 
the elephants go up to the hill how is that so that’s the viewpoint point woo wow such a cool place the restaurant where I’m going to eat it’s around here and I already saw 
a lot of tourists why no idea just hippie very hippie it’s okay i’m going to have uh lunch breakfast lunch 
here then continue to poke it i had three eggs rice banana pancake 
and some preium fruit juice that That was my breakfast lunch i had it was nice 
my tummy is happy now we triple it i think 152 km 2 hours 45 as I came for a different 
road so it’s going to take more time white red white col i just ask if it’s ready or 
white white ah okay 60 60 thank you come on come on come on [ __ ] so look what I found again same 
as the other day as it’s not easy to find so I just buy when I find and then I eat very hot so here we are crossing the bridges that 
connect the land of Thailand to Puket the island so yeah now we are obset welcome to the party no I mean it’s not that bad so it’s a kind of control I think 
for enter here in Puket oh everyone who enters here with the with 
a vehicle pass through here what is this so it’s crazy 
the traffic here like crazy so I found a hotel that is not right 
in the center of the city is around uh it’s okay for me i just take the bike 
and go there but it’s not that close so here I am in Buket now I go to a night market 
there in the center i’m going to show you let’s see what I’m going to find probably going 
to have dinner there i don’t know let’s see i’m in Puket Center now and looks 
very local that area i almost didn’t saw any tourists here maybe they 
are concentrating in another place so here I am even meat they 
have but I’m going to go to that other place also to buy something some pork so I just left the market was quite busy too 
much for me so I just had my dinner that was crispy pork mango sticker rice as dessert now I’m 
going to go back to the hotel so many lights there so yeah time to leave the hotel i could rest 
and actually was very nice because I could do loud drinking sometimes people think that you 
have to be like every day on the road it’s not you don’t have to be every day on the road 
i mean there’s some times of the week that I do that like one two three days for riding 
then I stop a few days or maybe I do like two days ride then stop one day or two days i think 
for me it’s the perfect way to work because you don’t get so tired and even that sometimes you 
need to stay somewhere to rest and do your stuff normal things because you know it’s not like 
I’m in vacation for 10 days then I go back to my house and I do everything there no that’s 
my life so I have to do while I’m traveling that’s a very big tire and now for exit the island semicond 
that I pass through when I enter here now it’s time to leave the island and now I’m 
going to the other province it’s called Krabby Province and it seems to be beautiful with the 
hills you know listening to Bonji how can I not have a nice vibe so let’s take a detour and 
I think it’s going to be beautiful oh my god it’s closing time the bar is almost empty 
it’s me the bartender and the piano man the last call for alcohol has come 
and gone hey buddy time to go home okay I have to buy water it’s nice have 
a thermo because you know when it’s hot so let’s go i think I just going to 
change the plan I had before and I’m going to stay before crab and maybe make a 
boat tour let’s see and there is an island it’s called the James Bond Island a scene 
of the move was filmed here yep highway oh my god i enjoy so much go going 
the bike that even I can’t feel when I go fast when I take the curve 
or just right it’s just like h So here are the boats let’s see what is here where where is the tours huh where is here 
no here no it’s Spain it’s Spain uh-huh no I’m Brazilia but I come from with the bike 
from Spain the boat this go the small boat big boat no the boat big one and someone one 
where where someone one one boat oh never mind no 1 hour 2 hour they were half to you ah so 
the girls the lady said to me 3,000 two three hours tour uh I don’t know i mean I’m going to 
first check the hotel let’s see panang I think his point view resort something like that i 
think I’m going to stay here let’s see and then I can just like leave my stuff here and 
go to the beer to take the boat so now what’s up there that’s why the view is cool up up yeah I chose here because I saw 
that the view was very cool where so here is the room actually I could park the 
bike just in the front that’s great so because I’m planning to take out probably the bags if 
I go with the bike down there so it’s more easy for me if I don’t have two stars as I thought I 
would so I’m going to show you the room 800 the room is not bad i don’t know if I like that much 
that they don’t put white [ __ ] but it’s okay in here the view yeah for this drone late it’s going 
to be great so I’m going to check if I go there to the islands today or tomorrow because here the 
the owner here they’re going to organize tomorrow probably is going to go probably one or two pes 
more so we can share the boat and it’s going to be more cheap than just rent one boat the whole 
boat for me i’m going to now change take a bath and probably go down there in the 7-Eleven that I 
saw to buy something to eat because she’s not here i saw they have a restaurant but she’s not 
here and I’m hungry so yeah talk later bye yep i have to clean that also the other 
35° there is the room number two and now I’m going to leave to kind of v fishing 
village that’s not far from here 26 minutes maybe I have dinner later the sunset here 
I think is around like 6:30 so I have time there is a name for that kind of 
stone it seems that there is some islands where the people go just 
to climb i mean for who like it i’m not a big fan of climbing actually 
i tried once but like not in a wall not a stone or whatever and I don’t know i didn’t like I don’t know why maybe because of the 
high probably but actually I already did paraglinding so yeah I saw here in 
Thailand a lot of CV500X that one that model was my first bike and I really 
love that bike was a very good bike and I saw everywhere I did just in the 7500 um 70,000 kilometers woo that’s cool where is it here left so I think here you can see in the map how it 
looks like water everywhere so yeah we are not far from a kilometers from there here we 
can see the name Bum Bang Path Community but there is no bridge yeah there is no bridge oh I never should have kissed you i never should 
have gone there but I couldn’t resist you never felt like that girl I swear i pro run girl trying 
to make this all undone done girl I never should have kissed you i never should have gone back i 
know that this is problem problem and I know that it would kill me could kill me but I can’t resist 
i’m falling falling and I know that this will burn me burn cuz I’m playing with you yeah I’m playing 
with you when I realize that I will never learn so yeah just left the fishing village i’m 
going to have dinner in another place that I saw in the village so here I am i stopped 
here in a local restaurant and look what I’m going to eat fried rice with chicken pork 
and eggs thank you and also morning glory there’s one thing that I realized 
here they don’t use knife or most of the time just spoon also the sticks if 
you like it if I know how to use that so so Sacred words inside us feels and thunder oh

    Beautiful inspirational videos Nanda, good on you. You are actually starting to inspire me to do a 3 months trip around Thailand, next summer, on a KTM 890 R, although been to Thailand with my wife multiple times (more than 20 times and going again for holidays in 10 days to Chiang Mai and BKK) since our first time in 2004 (when we became Tsunami survivors in Aonang beach Krabi, that is the day we were blessed to be alive after witnessing it all in front of us and staying alive). There is a certain magnet that always brings you back to that lovely country. Wishing you always lots of fun riding and of course goes without saying, always safely.

    Love your vidios Fernanda.I use to live in Thailand now I travel there as much as possible. I suggest you go to Ao Nang it's in Krubi from there you can take a long tail boat to Raily beach. To really appreciate it get there early morning when it is quite it is very beautiful .Hope to see more vidios.

    How do you compare riding in Thailand and in South America? I'm in Thailand now, but haven't been able to tour much yet…lived in Brazil for 20+ years, and there is some amazing riding there. Saudades!

I almost got a tenere, but I just wanted a simple yet reliable. I just went for the DR650. The weight was difference was a winner to cause of hair scramble I wanna ride. Keep the rubber side down
