新潟県上越市黒井の海沿いから見ることの出来る夜景スポットの紹介です。

ハッピーフィッシング直江津港第３東防波堤もあり釣りも楽しむことができます。
日中は火力発電、LNGから放出される天然ガスの炎の放出している姿が見ることができるので是非一度は実際に見る価値のあるスポットだと思います。
