Thank you for watching our videos. This time, we heard that a certain menu at a teppanyaki restaurant in Sunto-gun has great value for money, so we went there right away! The restaurant is located behind the S-Spot Nagaizumi store, turn left at the traffic light between S-Spot and Big Day, and go about 100m. This is the restaurant we will be visiting this time. I don’t often go to the back of S-Spot, so I didn’t notice it at all, but this restaurant, which opened in July this year and will be celebrating its 7th year, is Teppanyaki Syow, located in Takehara, Nagaizumi-cho, Sunto-gun. Business hours are 11:30-14:15 and 17:30-21:30, and the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Also, the last order time for both lunch and dinner is a little early, so be careful when you visit. There is parking for 6 cars, and the parking lot in front of the restaurant is concrete, so I think it will be easy to park your motorcycle. It’s been a while since I’ve had teppanyaki meat, so I’m looking forward to it. Let’s go! I’ll be visiting you♪ The interior is simple yet luxurious and surprisingly spacious. There are 6 counter seats and 16 sunken kotatsu seats behind the counter, so a total of 22 people can be accommodated. Since I’m here, I’d like to dine at the counter. Now, let’s take a look at the menu. This is the lunch menu, which is said to be good value for money. There are 9 types of dishes, from appetizers to desserts and coffee, and 3,000 yen including tax is certainly a bargain. Below are some more upgraded menus. The contents also change with the seasons, and this seems to be the menu for May and June. Next, there are two dishes with higher-grade meat from the current lunch menu, a 100% domestic beef hamburger steak lunch that requires advance reservation, a children’s one-plate meal, and a single-item menu. There is also a wide variety of single-item menus, so it seems like a good choice for when you want to splurge today. Also, for those who can’t go for lunch often and want to know about the evening menu, I will give a brief introduction. At night, you can choose the main meat from the column below and the price will change depending on the meat. Also, here is a menu with a different appetizer from the lunch menu and seafood added before the main course. Here is another menu with a main meat. Choose from the menu in the table below. There is also a luxurious course menu available for 15,000 yen (reservations required for the evening). Next is the drinks menu. There is a wide variety, including beer, whiskey, authentic shochu, plum wine, fruit wine, sake, and soft drinks. There is also a menu for celebrities who think, “No, wine goes well with meat.” It is interesting to see each item explained, but you might be intimidated by the price and not be able to read the name. By the way, the French red wine in the bottom right is called “Château des Eyssards Cuvée” in French. It’s not on the test, so you don’t need to remember it (lol). There are also sparkling wine, champagne, and rosé. This time, I booked the 3,000 yen course including tax, so please take a look. First, the appetizer is roasted Hida pork with perilla and perilla dressing. I was surprised at the colorful and beautiful appearance of the first dish. The roasted meat is full of flavor, and the colorful salad goes perfectly with the dressing. There were also some unusual vegetables. Next was a cold soup with edamame and new potatoes and garlic toast. Like the salad, this soup also looks very stylish and has a rich taste and a good aroma. It’s very delicious, and it’s a very welcome dish for a time like now when it’s starting to get hot. To put it in a stylish way, it’s vichyssoise. I just wanted to say that (lol). The garlic toast was also great. Next, “this” which was placed in front of me before the appetizer arrived seemed to be completed. When I opened the lid, I saw this dish which I wouldn’t have known about unless I was told… Steamed conger eel with plum and cucumber surinagashi. This is conger eel marinated in plum and deep-fried, then placed on top of homemade rolled omelet and topped with cucumber surinagashi. It’s a very elaborate dish, isn’t it? By the way, “surinagashi” is made by grating vegetables and mixing them with dashi. Since it is deep-fried and then steamed, the surface is soft and the taste of plum is very refreshing. The rolled omelet is also delicious, and it’s a dish that I feel is a shame to eat. Next is the granita to cleanse the palate. This is a tea sorbet called Mallow Blue. When I ate it as it was, it was refreshing and definitely a palate cleanser. It is a sorbet with a strawberry-like texture, but when you pour the grapefruit and lemon juice that comes with it, it changes color in an incredible way ! It makes you feel like not only your mouth but even your eyes have been reset! It seems that Mallow Blue has the effect of allowing you to enjoy this change in color! I learned something new! By the way, this sorbet has also become even more refreshing and delicious! The main course is special beef fillet and grilled vegetables. My special beef fillet is on the left, and on the right is 5,000 yen domestic beef fillet. This is truly the best thing about eating at a counter! Not only the Mallow Blue to cleanse your palate, but the main meat is also enjoyable with its impressive presentation. And they were all ready! The meal consists of specially selected beef fillet and grilled vegetables, the white thing in the middle is rock salt, wasabi, original garlic sauce, miso soup, and rice.The meat is cut into small pieces so it is easy to eat, and you can enjoy it in various ways with salt, wasabi, and garlic sauce.The size of the cut meat is like this, and it has this exquisite rareness.You can enjoy the flavor of the meat by eating it with rock salt, original garlic sauce, wasabi soy sauce, etc.My personal preference is wasabi soy sauce.It goes well with rice, and the grilled vegetables are delicious , and the miso soup is really comforting.After the main course of meat, rice, and miso soup, it’s time for dessert.The dessert also captivates the customers with the same presentation as before.And now, here it comes! For dessert we had baked ice cream, caramel pound cake and soy milk panna cotta. The desserts were also very stylish♪ There was a wide variety so it felt like great value. Finally, we could choose between coffee or tea, so we chose coffee. Starting with appetizers and ending with coffee, 9 types of food for 3,000 yen including tax is definitely good value for money and will satisfy both your stomach and your spirit. The baked ice cream that we had flambéed earlier was delicious with the addition of flavor and aroma, the caramel pound cake had a gentle sweetness and the soy milk panna cotta was also delicious, but I completely forgot to take a close-up photo. I was also surprised by the high quality of the coffee. As a little bonus video, we will also briefly introduce this, which requires advance reservations! A hamburger steak lunch made with 100% domestic beef costs 1,800 yen including tax.We managed to capture some pretty shocking footage. Just when I thought the juices would ooze out, it actually jumped right at me. I was so surprised that my chopsticks stopped moving (lol).This hamburger lunch comes with an appetizer, soup, hamburger steak, grilled vegetables and rice.If you add coffee or tea, it will cost an additional 200 yen, and if you add a drink and dessert set, it will cost an additional 600 yen.There is also a dessert plate available for 600 yen, but you need to reserve in advance.At the end, you can take home a commemorative message cork as a souvenir.Services like this are really nice, aren’t they? For example, let’s say you bring your wife here to express your gratitude, and if she is impressed by the dessert plate we mentioned earlier, she might be able to increase her monthly allowance by about 2,000 yen. Even if you spend a certain amount, including on your own meals, if you can increase your pocket money by 2,000 yen a month , that’s an additional 24,000 yen a year♪ So, it’s a total profit, isn’t it?
