【第3弾!札幌グルメ BEST10】必見!旅行者が選んだ 札幌駅からすべて徒歩圏内の厳選グルメ&スイーツ! ベスト10!
Hello everyone, this is Masabou. Thank you for watching my videos. This video is the third day of my Sapporo gourmet tour during Golden Week. I enjoyed a lot of Sapporo gourmet food for the two days up until the previous day, and if you haven’t seen it yet, please check out this video. The third day started with a breakfast buffet at the “Keio Prelia Hotel” near Sapporo Station, where I stayed. The bread was of such high quality that I couldn’t believe it was a buffet, and I was excited from the morning. It’s exploding. On this day, I also went to Maruyama Park and Hokkaido Shrine for a little sightseeing. Of course, I also enjoyed the popular Maruyama gourmet, so please look forward to it . Let’s start the third day. Can I have one lasagna please? Thank you. Can I have cheese please? Thank you. We’ve picked a lot for the first group. Let’s eat . Let’s start with the vegetable salad. I put on a rare haskap dressing . They say they’re open from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM. It seems to be busy from about 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. This is the raclette cheese from the live kitchen. The raclette cheese is melty (it hardened because I left it for a while 🙇). Hokkaido is known for its soup curry . You can also make and eat soup curry by topping it with grilled vegetables. What do you think? It’s quite spicy and delicious. This is the lasagna I found in the live kitchen. Soup curry is delicious. This vegetable is mixed in. I’ll have some saury. The bones are firmly in these potatoes. These potatoes are Mi-chan’s potatoes. This is not salty salmon. I don’t like salty fish, so I rarely eat salted salmon. It’s like deep-fried curry. The tomato sauce flavor is good. Ah, it’s pretty tasty. The flesh is firm. I’ve finished eating. Now let’s enjoy dessert time. Thank you. Yes, it’s dessert time. I’d like to eat. I had a cafe latte to drink. Let’s eat. It’s delicious. Danish with red bean paste is delicious. This is a chocolate Danish. It’s not a sweet chocolate, but it’s like a chocolate that you can really taste the texture of. I made a delicious soup curry. This is the right answer. It’s an orthodox croissant. It’s crispy, so let’s eat it as it is. It’s delicious. It’s slightly sweet. Let’s take turns eating dessert . This is the hotel’s specialty, Momo Moro roll. Let ‘s eat. It’s a roll cake with a black pattern just like a cow. Yes, yes, yes. [Music] [Music] When you put it in your mouth, it fizzes and the dough fizzes and melts away. It’s delicious. This is like a cheesecake. It was round, but yes, this is quite satisfying. It has a really strong cheese flavor. Yes. [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] And this is a madeleine from the south that was a little further away. Oh , it’s a madeleine, but I can’t tell the difference. As a madeleine, it’s yuzu and honey. [music] Yes , yes, yuzu, I can feel the yuzu, it’s definitely delicious. [music] Hokkaido looks delicious, yes, this is rich, I think that’s about all the sweets. [music] And then there was gelato in the live kitchen so I got some, and then yogurt. [music] The yogurt had honey and this is some kind of jam, I wonder if it’s apple. [music] Yes, the honey is sweet, it’s quite sweet honey, there was also cassia jam. [music] Excuse me, can I have two gelatos please? Yes, thank you, thank you. And here we are calm, this is also a bit, let’s go.[music] Okay, so let’s go for the second person’s sweets. Whipped butter and this is haskap, I think this is pain de mie, rye bread, does it taste a bit sour? Well, lime is quite sour, isn’t it? I’ll have haskap jam, hamburger butter. [music] Ah, that’s right, hamburger hamburger. [music] I spread butter and haskap jam on rye bread. [music] Yes, it ‘s quite sour. This is an onion flavor. Yes, it’s delicious. Yes, this is my favorite today. A benish with red bean paste. Yes, I’ll put butter in here. Yes, I’ll try making hamburger butter. Yes, it’s delicious. It’s a celato. [music] [music] [applause] Today we have bean paste tellato. Yes, it’s delicious. The red bean paste is quite strong. I put the red bean paste celato on top of Suneko’s pound cake. [music] [music] Shishi Yes, this is the last dessert plate. [music] [music] [applause] [music] Now we’re going to eat the last one. Oh, it was delicious. What do you think? It was the most delicious. As expected, I had a dessert bread with red bean paste. Yes, [ music] It looks delicious. Yes, I’ll rebake that a little and put some Hokkaido whipped butter on top and eat it. [music] It was delicious, the finished product of the umami butter was really delicious [Music] What was delicious? Spara [Music] Yes, raclette cheese, right? Ah, Spara’s raclette cheese is on top, yes, it’s quite easy, it’s a bit of a cheese unique to people who don’t like cheese [Music] Yes, yes, thank you, it might be that, but that raclette cheese cheesecake was pretty delicious, wasn’t it? Yes, so I ate a lot [Music] It was breakfast at the Sokoo Predea Hotel, it was delicious, I would like to stay there again if I have the chance, yes, let’s have a feast, yes, it was a feast, we came to Maruyama Park [Music] [Music] How about it, it’s a 4km walk, exactly 4km from Sapporo Station, it’s beautiful, isn’t it? And today , the park is like this, splendid [ Music ] The birds are beautiful, are n’t they? [Music] Please give me two, yes, thank you, it’s 280 yen, yes , thank you, is this the only one with a hexagonal square, yes, I ate the mochi that was baked in front of me, here it is, oh, let’s eat, piping hot, oh, let’s eat [Music] [Music] Mankan Hangang, oh, it’s written on this [Music] It’s delicious, it’s a simple but warm and delicious [Music] 3 めになっちゃうから気をつけろ!! 固まったら完成!! English : I licked it all in my mouth, Han-sama it was delicious, there are lots of outside desserts out , 200 yen each, it’s pretty good, yeah, good picture, cheese, it looks good, is it a cheese dog ?[Music] Now that I think of it, it smells nice,[Music] They’re quite popular at the stalls, it’s beautiful, isn’t it? [Music] [Music] Ah, yes, it’s fine,[Music] Yes, it’s fine,[Music] Yes , the sweets that Maruyama Sa ordered have arrived, this is the strawberry shiratama parfait and this is the cherry blossom parfait, it seems it’s the last one for this year, they were only available at this time of year, but yes, it’s not bad, I’ll have the gooseberry shiratama parfait, it’s really sticky, there’s quite a bit of soybeans in it, it looks delicious , I’ll have a go, there’s so much of this, it’s packed with so much, I wonder if the one at the bottom is just his favorite, it ‘s really filling, I wonder if it’s high quality, I’ll eat a little bit of the edge, it looks scary, yes, it’s delicious, then let’s have a little bit here, let’s have a change, chijin, the cherry blossom wall, this cherry blossom ice cream has ended, it seems that you won’t be able to have it next year Yes, it’s delicious and has a strong flavor. Yes, this is good this year. [Music] Yes, it’s really delicious. Yes, it’s delicious, isn’t it? [Music] What was in it? Yes, yes, yes, let’s switch players and eat it again. Both are highly refined. This is delicious. I love these cherry blossoms. [Music] The wall of cherry blossoms. I was full, but yes, this deep cup has a lot of ice cream in it and it’s probably long. [Music] Yes, it’s true. There’s something underneath. There’s ice cream underneath too. [Music] This is the ice cream at the bottom, the ice cream deep inside, it has little flakes in it [music] Oh, it’s almost finished, thank you, then I’ll have one last bite, yes, it was delicious, I’m glad I came, yes, Maruyama-san [music] Yes, this is recommended, yes, it seemed delicious, yes, I’m back at Sapporo Station, I left in the morning and walked about 5 and a half hours, about 13km, this Tokibi rustic and what’s called sweet potato, it’s a potato , this thick potato rustic, one rum raisin, one salted butter please, thank you for your order, I will finish it by the end of the day, please, I’m here, please use your hands [music] [music] Stella Place also had Colon, so I bought some there this time [music] So I bought four of them. I ate them two days ago, too. This is the most popular rustic bread, 324 yen , which I haven’t tried yet, but it was sold next to the corn of the local specialty, which is 346 yen. Then there’s the corn with salt and butter, which is a round corn bread, which is 324 yen. Finally, here’s the rum raisin bread, which is 313 yen including tax. OK, let’s eat. First, here ‘s the one I warmed up in the microwave at the hotel. It’s a very tightly packed one. OK, let’s eat. This time, my wife gave me half of it. Let’s continue. Next up is this bread called maimono ristic, which I will eat. I think the dough is probably the same as the corn bread I just had, but it looks like this, as you can see, there is one sticking out from the outside, which is ejiimo (spinach potato). I wonder what these spinach potatoes are like? Do they taste salty or sweet? OK, let’s eat. As a final touch, they apply truffle oil, which gives it a rather refined taste. Yes, this is also delicious. The bread itself is really delicious. This is Colon’s bread, so the corn has the natural sweetness of the corn itself, and these thick potatoes have the natural sweetness of the potato. The sweetness and the taste of the truffle oil really come together nicely and are delicious. It seems that Colon’s main store is located in Kita 2-jo Higashi 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. On the second day, I bought bread from Marui Imai Sapporo store, which had a larger selection than Stella Place. The bread I’m eating today is bread I bought at Stella Place. Now, the third one I’ll have is corn with salt and butter. There was a sign saying this is bread to be eaten with a spoon , and it’s a hearty corn bread with so much corn that it spills over. Let’s take a look at the cross section. It’s already spilled out, but it’s like this. Okay, so I’d like to divide this half into the top bar and eat it together. Wow, this is amazing. It’s packed with corn. Oh, amazing. Can you see it? If you open it up a little, you’ll see that it ‘s really packed with corn. Okay, let’s take a bite. Hmm, this is delicious. I wonder if Colon will make it to the national school level? No matter which one you eat, it’s delicious, really. This is the last one. The last one is lamooon. Well, I bought this in the sweets section, but what do you think of the taste? [Music] [Applause] [Music] Good morning. Even though I say it’s a cross section, it looks like this. I think it’s the same as when viewed from above. Yes, this is a bread with a nice sweetness. This would be delicious if rebaked. This is definitely delicious. When you open it like this, you can see quite a lot of the raisins hidden inside. Yes, the combination of the cream and the raisins is excellent. Now I’ll have the last bite. Yes, it was so delicious. It’s all gone. Personally, the best thing was this corn with salted butter. This was really delicious. Yes, the combination of the salted butter and the corn was excellent, and the amount of corn in it was just incredible. It was very delicious. Salted butter corn bread . So, let me introduce you to the mochi that was on sale last week. It was sold for 160 yen each including tax. Let’s break it into pieces. It ‘s a product that has a great mountain of elasticity and it stretches really well. Let’s eat. It stretches really well. This corn has a very controlled texture and has a refined flavor. It’s peeled and carefully squeezed, so it has a refined flavor. It melts in your mouth in an instant. This is called Paridora, and it has two small pieces of cherry blossoms. I tried a few different kinds, and I thought they were also very reasonably priced and delicious. These were also very tasty mochi. Now, I would like to try Sazae-san’s Hokkaido grilled turban shells. They were hand baked in the store. The dough, which is made from Hokkaido wheat, has a chewy texture, so I bought two kinds. This one has airmonds on top and is soy milk cream. The other one is a limited edition, matcha. So, I would like to cut it in half. It has a chewy texture. So, half is soy milk cream. So, this is I think the grains are still there, but it’s delicious. This soy milk cream is slightly sweet and sticky. It’s really delicious. There are sliced almonds on the surface, so let’s try eating that part. It doesn’t really add any texture, but it does have a slight almond flavor. The combination of the grains and the soy milk cream is perfect. Next, the limited edition matcha cream is 200 yen excluding tax. Let’s take a look at this one too. This matcha cream looks like this. It’s a thick matcha cream. It’s like the skin is divided into upper and lower parts. Okay, let’s eat. I see, this matcha is not as sweet as it looks, but you can feel the slight sweetness. As you eat it, you can also feel the bitterness of the matcha in the background. This is the matcha cream. It’s a very well-balanced, delicious cream. I didn’t touch the skin, but it’s quite chewy and very delicious. The soy milk cream is also really delicious. Both were delicious . I also recommend this, so I’d like to save this for my wife’s stick. It was a feast. How was it? We have seen the third day of our Golden Week trip and three Sapporo gourmet trips . The gourmet food we had on the third day was all things that can only be tasted in Sapporo, and everything was delicious. We enjoyed sweets to our heart’s content from morning to night. The breakfast buffet at the Yellow Plea Hotel was of high quality, and the ambata, which we especially tried, was extremely delicious and we ate a lot of it. On the way back from Hokkaido Shrine, Maruyama-san stopped by a cafe with a great atmosphere. The strawberry shiratama and cherry blossom Japanese-style parfait had a gentle taste just like the atmosphere of the shop, and was also a delicious dessert. After moving to the hotel in Chitose, we ate Poulangerie Colon’s bread was so delicious that I wanted to eat it again while editing it. It was a really satisfying third day. It was a feast. On the fourth day, I went around Chitose Station and explored a lot of limited gourmet food that you can walk around, so please look forward to the next video. Saba Gourmet is a buffet that focuses on sweets and other gourmet food at travel destinations. I aim to post one video a week, so please subscribe to the channel if you like . Thank you for watching until the end. If you found it helpful, please like , subscribe, and comment. See you in the next video. [Music] Ja
