2021年3月拍賣時，由東莞瀚俊置業有限公司以5.45億元斬獲。
2023年6月重新開業。

海港大酒樓：
由被譽為「鮑魚王子」的「麥廣帆」創立。 “麥廣帆”師從香港“鮑魚大王”“楊冠一”，深得乾鮑烹製精髓，並將這一技藝融入品牌特色中，例如“王子鮑魚”成為其招牌菜之一。
1994年，「麥廣帆」在「中山」創立首家「海港大酒樓」，憑藉「改良鹽焗雞」等經典粵菜迅速打開市場。
1999年，「中山小欖海港大酒樓」正式開業，後於2017年遷址至「小欖海港城購物中心」，經營面積超2萬平方米，擁有無柱宴會廳、佳景套房等高端設施。 該店多次獲評「中華餐飲名店」「中國餐飲百強企業」等榮譽。

肇慶七星岩：
肇慶七星岩位於廣東省肇慶市端州區北約4公里處，是國家AAAAA級旅遊景區「星湖風景區」的核心組成部分，被譽為「嶺南第一奇觀」。
七星岩屬喀斯特岩溶地形，由七座石灰岩山峰（閬風岩、玉屏岩、石室岩、天柱岩、蟾蜍岩、仙掌岩、阿坡岩）組成，排列狀如北斗七星，因而得名。這些山峰形成於古地質運動，經由流水侵蝕分割成峰林，矗立於約600公頃的星湖湖面上，形成「湖中有山，山中有洞，洞中有河」的奇景。
景區屬星湖國家濕地公園，擁有野生植物360種、鳥類160多種（含丹頂鶴等稀有候鳥）、魚類45種，生態多樣性豐富。春季宮粉紅紫荊盛開，形成「星岩春曉」勝景；秋冬可觀測候鳥遷徙。
七星岩存有唐至清摩崖石刻531題，集中於石室洞內外（333題），為嶺南石刻之冠。代表作包括：唐代李邕《端州石室記》（現存最早石刻）；包格紋、周敦頤、朱德、葉劍英等名人題刻，陳毅讚其為「千年詩廊」。

天柱岩為最高峰（海拔117公尺），登頂可俯瞰全景，峰頂「摘星亭」取義「手可摘星辰」。
石室岩：核心遊覽區，內有七星岩最大溶洞“石室洞”，分龍岩洞（乘船）、碧霞洞（步行），鍾乳石千姿百態，如“石索懸錦鯉”“仙人曬網”。
玉屏岩：以道教文化聞名，有三仙觀、玉皇殿等古蹟，沿途「八音石」以「含珠迳」等奇石林立。
阿坡岩：山腳有“東方禪林”，展示佛教石雕藝術，巨型“佛”字為趙樸初題寫。
星湖：由五湖（中心湖、仙女湖、里湖、波海湖、青蓮湖）經由20餘公里湖堤相連，煙波浩渺，兼具杭州西湖之秀與桂林山水之奇。
八洞：以石室洞、雙源洞（水洞）、出米洞（旱洞）最有名。出米洞內有唐初所建“石峒古廟”，穹頂天窗投下光線，神秘肅穆。
湖上奇觀：「臥佛含丹」 為標誌性自然奇觀，每年清明/重陽傍晚，落日恰似丹藥落入由天柱岩與湖影構成的「臥佛」口中，堪稱天文與地貌的絕妙契合。

Qixingyan is a karst karst terrain, consisting of seven limestone peaks (Langfeng Rock, Yuping Rock, Shishi Rock, Tianzhu Rock, Chanchu Rock, Xianzhang Rock, and Apo Rock), arranged like the Big Dipper, hence the name. These peaks were formed in ancient geological movements and divided into peak forests by water erosion. They stand on the surface of the approximately 600-hectare Xinghu Lake, forming a wonder of “mountains in the lake, caves in the mountains, and rivers in the caves”.
The scenic area belongs to the Xinghu National Wetland Park, with 360 species of wild plants, more than 160 species of birds (including rare migratory birds such as red-crowned cranes), and 45 species of fish, with rich ecological diversity. In spring, the palace pink bauhinia blooms, forming the “Xingyan Spring Dawn” scenery; migratory birds can be observed in autumn and winter.
There are 531 cliff carvings from Tang to Qing Dynasty in Qixingyan, which are concentrated inside and outside the Stone Chamber Cave (333 inscriptions), which is the most famous among the stone carvings in Lingnan.

Xinghu Lake: It is connected by five lakes (Central Lake, Fairy Lake, Inner Lake, Bohai Lake, and Qinglian Lake) through more than 20 kilometers of lake embankments. It is vast and misty, combining the beauty of Hangzhou West Lake and the wonders of Guilin landscape.
Eight caves: The most famous are the Stone Chamber Cave, Shuangyuan Cave (Water Cave), and Chumi Cave (Dry Cave). There is a “Shidong Ancient Temple” built in the early Tang Dynasty in Chumi Cave, and the dome skylight casts light, which is mysterious and solemn.
