西枇杷島まつり2025 五輌揃え10年ぶり 愛知県清須市 美濃路街道で開催
The Taikōsha float in Higashi-Rokukenchō passes under the elevated tracks to the ceremony venue. Usually five floats gather together once every five years, but due to COVID-19, this will be the first time in 10 years that this spectacle can be seen every year. The Koujinsha float in Nishi-Rokukenchō and the Raikosha float in Iri-Nishichō have their roofs raised – it looks automatic, doesn’t it? They are raised manually by pulling a rope. The top of the Taikōsha float at Hashizume Shrine does not lower, so the roof must be removed. This will be the last time we will be able to see this scene in five years. The turn of the Wang Yizhi float is about to begin. A turn of the float is one of the highlights of the float parade, and refers to the change of direction of the float.
