#Tokyu 6000 Series – Departing from Jiyūgaoka Stn EB (Express, Oimachi Line) 東急6000系 大井町線 #shorts

First introduced in 2008, the Tokyu Corporation 6000 Series (東急6000系電車) was introduced specifically to operate Express services on the Tokyu Oimachi Line.

5 trainsets were purchased and all units were manufactured by Tokyu Car Corporation (now J-TREC). They were fitted with Toshiba IGBT-VVVF traction control system. The original LCD screens have since been replaced by larger sized ones.
