When I visited the food stall before, an apartment building was under construction, but the residents only come to check on it every now and then, so I wonder if it’s going to be built in the future. It would be a problem if it gets too busy, but we’ve started business and customers have come. A couple of regulars, who always call the chef “Oi-chan,” came over. They made a tequila highball with 40% tequila. This is really delicious. Customer: The chef taught me about this tequila highball, and it was so delicious that I’ve been ordering it ever since. Chef: If you’re going to drink a regular highball, a tequila highball is better. Customer: It’s really delicious. It’s fine if there’s someone who understands. Stir-fried offal . The stall was filled to capacity in no time with hungry young people and regulars, and it became lively. It’s a quieter time, so let’s try a recommendation . The specialty menu “Natto Ramen” has been recommended by regulars since the restaurant opened. This old-fashioned Hakata ramen is made with slowly simmered pork bone soup and is made with plenty of sesame seeds, pork fillets, wood ear mushrooms, green onions , pickled ginger, and sesame seeds. The light pork bone soup is made with thin noodles and natto to create a mellow ramen, and is recommended as a final dish after drinking alcohol. A popular menu item at Kyushu’s food stalls is Unzen Ham. When I first visited, a regular customer ordered grilled beef tongue, a popular menu item that can only be enjoyed when it is in stock. When you think of food stalls in Fukuoka, many people think of Nakasu or Tenjin, but there are also several stalls in Nagahama, Kushida Shrine, and Kego, but in Kashii, there is Taisho’s food stall. The slightly intimidating chef at Taisho’s food stall is a very kind and warm-hearted chef, and he is a famous food stall that is known only to those in the know, and is visited by not only locals but also newcomers.
