We used our free night awards from Chase IHG Select and IHG Premier credit card to book Holiday Inn Express Waikiki for 3 nights. The cash rate for this hotel was like $800-900 but we ended up only paying out of pocket for $187 for the credit card annual fees. The hotel was very accommodating, especially for the breakfast, during the Covid restrictions. They offered different main courses each day and kept everyone 6 feet away. We also loved their outdoor dining space. The outdoor pool and cabanas were great!! The only complaint was that the room was way too small. When we stepped into our room, we literally kept bumping into each other, lol !
