If you’ve never tried hitumabushi which is nagoya style you should try it out. It is a dish with chopped eel on top of rice served in a small wooden [Music] cabinet. It looks so good. Now I show you how to enjoy. First of all, divide it into [Music] four. Put the spoon on the cross. [Music] Enjoy the original taste of eel without adding anything. I enjoy the texture of crispy on the surface and fluffy inside. Next is stuff with seasonings such as wasabi, green onions, and nari to add an accent to the taste. It remains merchants in a warehouse built around 150 years ago and now we can enjoy the culture that mix retro and modern. It’s time to stop my hand for some break. Isn’t it nice to have a unique personalized Mac at a time like this? They are all unique, so it’s hard to choose one. Since the mage period, the store has been wholesaling middleware at Arabia Street. There’s also a retail store that collects products selected by the first generation connoisseur and it is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You might have a chance to find some bargain items. I like the flower designs. The next items are soup bowls. They are made in Japan with synthetic locker [Music] paint. Plus, this washer and microwave safe. The octagon shaped chopsticks are easy to hold stably. I like the simple design, elegant and lightweight with anti-slip tips. If you’re not get used to using chopstick, try the same design ones. I bought two small plates which are made by Kudo Takumi who works as a Mino traditional craftsman. They’re called Sai of Gay series whose design are colorful without the same expression. The pale blue and the yellow green rods are beautiful. And I also like how the expression change depend on the light hits. If you go to Tonka specialy diners, you may have a chance to use a mortar for grinding sesame. The simple yet elegant design is match with other table wear. Did you enjoy watching today’s video?
