Hello, I’d like to introduce the top 40 recommended pavilions at the Osaka Kansai Expo. I’m Motouchi, editor-in-chief of Theme Park Media Happyell There are over 180 pavilions at the Expo. I have actually experienced over 80% of the foreign pavilions and almost all of the domestic pavilions, and I have rated them based on nine criteria (scientific, emotional impact, surprise, entertainment value, art, variety of experiences, length of time required, rarity, and other additional points) to rank them as objectively as possible . Please ask questions to: No. 41 Blue Ocean Dome The world’s first dome structure that uses carbon fiber for its construction. Inside, you can enjoy images of the ocean projected onto a spherical screen. However, please note that some images may be of concern to people with swarm phobia. There are many participants, so it is easy to make reservations. No. 41 Indonesia Pavilion Walk through the jungle and experience a futuristic city. At the end, you can enjoy a relaxing time watching a soothing image. It is a pavilion that is perfect for a final sprint as it accepts reservations until the museum closes . No. 41 Australia An immersive experience where you can meet animals while walking through a eucalyptus forest . The tour concludes with a beautiful image of the Great Barrier Reef , and the scents and sounds are also impressive. You can experience nature through mutual interaction . #41 Playground of Life Jellyfish Pavilion There are also plenty of experience booths that you can enjoy without making a reservation. You can also experience playing musical instruments and making mosaic tiles, and it is a popular pavilion for field trips. Make fun memories in the 360° theater where you dance with jellyfish. #38 Saudi Arabia Pavilion A performance that makes you feel like you are exploring ruins. The scientific approach is also attractive, such as an exhibition of growing coral with a 3D printer. Please try the coffee heated in the sand. #38 Bahrain Pavilion A building that also used a dhow. The barrier-free design is full of ideas that anyone can enjoy. 28th place: Spain Pavilion – A pavilion with a sea and sun theme . There are unique exhibits such as seaweed and pirate comics. You can feel the charm of Spain in the drawing corner. 28th place: Thailand Pavilion. The art wall depicting 10,000 types of cuisine is impressive. It is a structure that can be enjoyed with all five senses. It is a healing space where you can feel the fusion of health and nature. 28th place: United Nations Pavilion. It is an interactive structure that allows you to learn by touching the exhibits. The video that announces the succession to humanity from the dinosaur’s point of view was also impressive (for a limited time). It is wonderful to see the consideration that makes it fun to spend the waiting time . 28th place: Flying Car Station. You can take a commemorative photo by riding in a flying car on a real model. There is also a performance where a plane that you drew flies through the sky. The flying images will impress even adults. No. 22 Mitsubishi Miraikan From the deep sea to Mars Experience space travel on a huge LED screen. Voice actors will love the gorgeous voice navigation, and there are also photo spots that the whole family can enjoy. No. 22 Better Co-Being A world of illusions and awareness experienced in the form of an experience tour around art with a mysterious trembling stone. This is an outdoor pavilion where the impression changes completely between day and night . No. 22 Switzerland Pavilion Heidi welcomes you to the pavilion. Paper cutting and future exhibitions, space scent experience, and other slightly unusual elements, as well as the Jupiter exploration project, are also deep learning opportunities. No. 22 Serbia Pavilion Adults are fascinated by the marble display like a Pythagora Switch. This is a participatory experience where you can design your own character for the Belgrade Expo. This pavilion is also recommended for dates. 20th place: Singapore Pavilion A healing planetarium experience where your wishes float in the starry sky. A time to convey your feelings in words and illustrations and send them to the sky. This is a healing pavilion that will wrap up your tired heart. 18th place: Vaticanka Pavilion, Italy A must-see for art fans. World-famous masterpieces such as The Burial of Christ are right in front of you. This is a space where art, which combines anime and modern sculpture, plays a leading role. 18th place: Adventures in Life Mecha Anime An AR/five-senses super experience created by Shoji Kawamori, the director of Macross. Jump, move your hands, and enjoy an immersive anime musical. After the musical, there are plenty of free exhibits , so this pavilion is a place where both children and adults can get absorbed. 14th place: Tech World A Taiwanese IT company pavilion that brings together AI, 8K art, and semiconductors. There is also an amazing production that records your heart rate during the experience and tells you the moment your heart moved. This is a pavilion for adults who enjoy beautiful images and technology. 14th place: NTT Pavilion The latest communication technology and performance are fused together. Perfume’s hologram live performance has a big impact. This pavilion allows you to experience how the future will connect. 14th place: The Future of Life What does it mean for humans to live? A world where androids have become commonplace. Many visitors are moved to tears. This is a heart-stirring pavilion that makes you think, and there is also a slightly scary future. 14th place: EARTH MART A market-style pavilion where you can discover the delicious future of the earth. There are many booths with the theme of food and learning. It is a popular spot for families who want to enjoy the adventure. If you like cooking, you should definitely go . 9th place: America Pavilion Shohei Otani also made an appearance. You can experience the feeling of a space shuttle with a video experience themed on a lunar base and space exploration. This is a pavilion where you can feel America with your whole body. 9th place: Germany Pavilion Explore with a palm-sized guide, Circular, with the theme of a recycling society . You can also compete and there is a sparkling show at the end, making this a very satisfying pavilion . 5th place: Null2. A unique pavilion that asks what life is through images and sound. Take off your shoes to enter the 360° image space. This is a pavilion where you can experience a reboot that will shake up your values. 5th place: China Pavilion. A huge scroll architecture. A fantastic 24-season video AR experience. You can experience 4,000 years of Chinese history and future technology all at once, right up to the soil on the far side of the moon . Bifidobacteria Shooting An amazing pavilion that combines health and entertainment 3rd place: Kuwait Pavilion Under the fantastic starry sky, you will enter the Arabian world of desert and water. The experience of using real sand and the eye movement control exhibit are also fresh.
