He told me a lot of fun stories, such as buying episodes at the French flea market. 😊 Really beautiful items. I felt like I was on a treasure hunt. I have a feeling that I will become a repeat customer! It was a wonderful shop. Now, let’s go to the next shop. The second shop is a Japanese antique shop on Anekoji Street. The shop was renovated from a townhouse and the world of wonderful antiques is spreading. ♡ We antique lovers are very excited! The shop is run with the idea of ​​”enjoying antiques in a casual way like buying miscellaneous goods.” As they said that I would like to see each item on their website, I will post the URL in the description. I bought some tableware ☺ I was very satisfied to be immersed in the wonderful world of antiques ♡ Now, on to the next shop. The third shop is a European antique shop in Ebisugawa. Personally, I really like the lineup… There are sophisticated items lined up. It feels like I’m in a French flea market… ♡ And I’m happy that the prices are relatively reasonable. The lighting here is also nice… And, this shop is all about Old Baccarat…! An overwhelming selection 🥂 The cut is beautiful ~ After consulting with the kind owner, I purchased lighting and cutlery. Now, on to the next shop. The fourth shop is a British antique shop on the same Ebisugawa street. A wonderful shop with a townhouse and a British flag flying… The classical interior is filled with very high-quality items. I’m being shown some good items, and the products are a treat for the eyes. It’s also fun to talk to the knowledgeable shop staff. Now, let’s move on to the next shop. The fifth shop is a Korean gallery shop in Kawaramachi Imadegawa. It is a gallery shop that handles crafts from the Joseon Dynasty, Korea, Japan , and Europe. The shop owner has collected crafts from the Joseon Dynasty, Korea, Japan, and Europe for a long time. All of the items are very good and tasteful… Originally, it was a coffee shop and gallery, and some of the items were collected and sold there, so there are a wide variety of items. There were also items at exceptional prices, and it was a wonderful shop where you can enjoy the feeling of treasure hunting. The original coffee shop is now run by the daughter, who introduced me to it, so I decided to visit it after this… We stopped by the coffee shop that was introduced to us, which is just a short walk away ☕ A wonderful space with luxuriously arranged furniture from the Joseon Dynasty… It’s like being away from the hustle and bustle outside and in another world… I ordered a seasonal dried fruit cake. My husband ordered “Schismia tea” from the Korean traditional tea. A space like this can’t be created overnight… I feel the beauty that has been carefully collected and built over time. We had a luxurious time. Now, let’s go to the next shop. The sixth shop is an antique shop in Ichijoji. The shop mainly deals with French antiques and Japanese antiques. All the selected items are sophisticated, and I can feel the owner’s high sense. The impressive name of the shop is said to be a combination of “mono” and “antique”. The glass vase was very nice, but I gave up because it seemed difficult to carry it home. It was a wonderful shop. Now, let’s go to the next shop. The seventh shop is “Kurashi no Kogu” shop in an alley in Kitashirakawa. Behind the quaint lattice door, there are many antiques. They mainly deal with crafts that came out of old houses in Kyoto. There are antiques not only from Japan but also from Korea and Taiwan, and there is a somewhat oriental atmosphere. A simple step stool. It has a nice taste after many years… The medaka are taking refuge indoors. It’s hidden in hibernation mode. Ten drawers. It must have been well used. It was a wonderful shop with a unique atmosphere that felt nostalgic, but new. Now, let’s move on to the next shop. The eighth shop is a Nordic vintage shop near the canal where the Lake Biwa Canal flows into the Kamo River. Wow! It’s wonderful… They have a selection of Nordic vintage items from Sweden and Denmark. They also sell clothes, mainly American second-hand clothes. It’s a shop where you can enjoy the feeling of being in a stylish flea market overseas. The impressive name of the shop is “Walking Bird”. I thought there was a cheesecake shop with the same name in Hyogo, Kobe, and it turns out that when they opened their shop, they actually went to say hello to the shop 🐣 It was a shop full of attention to detail, with such an interesting story behind its birth. Now, let’s move on to the next shop. Finally, for the last part of this video, we’ll be visiting an antique shop near Karasuma Oike that we’ve been wanting to visit for a while . It’s a shop that also has a stall at the Heian Flea Market. They have items from a variety of countries, including Japan, China, and Europe. The Kyoto ware is also lovely.
