【徳島 海陽町】DMV乗車と魚釣り体験｜日帰り海づくしツアー 🌧️土砂降りの雨で楽しむ海陽町！
Hello everyone. We’re at Awa-Kainan Bunka Mura in Kaiyo Town, Tokushima Prefecture. It’s pouring rain—looks like the rain woman has returned. Lately, many of my videos have bad weather. It’s sad. Despite the heavy rain, I’m bringing you a day trip from Kaiyo Town in Tokushima. Thanks for watching. This tour is hosted by the Minami-Awa Tourism Bureau. We’ll be using the DMV to visit tourist spots in southern Tokushima. It’s my first time joining a tour on the Shiyoler channel. Usually, I travel solo on a whim. But the tour had a subsidy discount, so I decided to hop on. I have some time before the meeting time, so I’ll explore a bit. This area is part of the cultural village. Awa-Kainan Bunka Mura is a facility where you can experience the local history and culture. Inside the premises, there’s a recreated old folk house museum and a hands-on craft workshop. I don’t have time to look around thoroughly, but it’s a good place to take shelter from the rain. I’ve come to the free admission area. Here’s the DMV we’ll be riding today. DMV stands for Dual Mode Vehicle. It’s the world’s first vehicle that can run on both railways and roads. Just when you think it’s a train running on rails— it switches to tires and runs on roads. You get to enjoy two modes in one ride! It’s like those “twice the treat” Glico almond caramels. A nostalgic candy. Let’s go, Tokushima! This is the boarding area for the Asa Kaigan Railway (DMV). The journey starts from Awa-Kainan Bunka Mura. We’ll ride it to the final stop, Michi-no-Eki Shishikui Onsen. On weekends and holidays, one DMV runs all the way to Muroto. The DMV operates as a bus up to Awa-Kainan Station. Then switches to train mode up to Kannoura Station. And finally returns to bus mode to reach Michi-no-Eki Shishikui Onsen. I’ve only seen it on TV or railway YouTubers’ videos, so I’m excited! I’ve boarded the DMV. The interior is minimalistic and simple. The seat spacing is a bit tight. Here’s how close it is to the seat in front. Feels like the Arida Railway Bus in Wakayama. Check out the Arida Railway video from the description below. Thanks for waiting. Thank you for riding the Asa Kaigan Railway today. This DMV is bound for Michi-no-Eki Shishikui Onsen. JR Awa-Kainan Station (DMV Stop) This is the boundary station between Asa Kaigan Railway and JR Shikoku. It’s the transfer point between the Asa East Line and the JR Mugi Line. Both lines are unmanned stations. Here, the DMV transforms from bus mode to train mode and vice versa—mode interchange. You can’t see the transformation from inside the DMV. Switching to railway mode now. Mode change start. Finish (mode change complete) Enjoy the ride. You can ensure a seat on the DMV by booking in advance. You can also board without a reservation if seats are available. Check seat availability on the “Hassha Orai Net” website. For station info, visit the Asa Kaigan Railway official site. The DMV ride video is available on the Shiyoler2 channel. Link in the description. The next stop is Kannoura. Kannoura, Kannoura. We’ve arrived at the Kannoura Mode Interchange. Mode change starting (from train to bus). Mode change finished. We’ll soon be arriving at Kannoura. Passengers getting off, please show your fare, ticket, and boarding pass to the driver and place them in the fare box. If you have a reservation or special ticket, please show it clearly so it can be verified. One such ticket is the “Tokushima–Muroto–Kochi 55 Free Pass,” allowing travel between Tokushima and Kochi via Muroto. The ride quality in bus mode. Michi-no-Eki “Toyō Town” stop
Shirahama, Toyo Town, Aki District, Kochi Prefecture Transfer to Kochi Tobu Kotsu
for Nahari and Aki directions. Michi-no-Eki Shishikui Onsen stop. That was a look at the DMV ride experience. It’s highly rated more for its convenience than comfort. You can watch the DMV ride experience on the Shiyoler2 channel. Check the description box for details. We took a taxi from the Roadside Station Shishikui Onsen to Pension Shishikui. Time for lunch! We’ve arrived at Pension Shishikui. It’s a nature-rich place surrounded by mountains and the sea. Lunch features handmade dishes using plenty of local natural ingredients. Delicious homemade meals made with love. Fresh sashimi made from local fish, and flavorful side dishes made with freshly picked vegetables. A menu unique to this region, nestled between the sea and the mountains. The homemade cheesecake here is so popular that they even sell it online. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the meal! Kaiyo Town Marine Nature Museum We headed over to Marine Jam. Due to a landslide and heavy rain, the Blue Marine cruise was canceled.
How did we spend our time? Since there’s an aquarium attached, we toured it while listening to the staff’s explanations. They display marine life that lives near the aquarium. Corals from Takegashima and clownfish from around the world are on display. You can also enjoy a hands-on experience with marine creatures and feed them. Everyone gather up! Don’t play with the clownfish (-_-;)

he jumped into rough seas to save a crew member and tragically lost his life while trying to rescue them Thank you, Mr. Johannes ( ;∀;) The ship that caught fire belonged to the former Asakawa Village
in Kaifu District, Tokushima Prefecture That’s why there’s a monument here
