春なのにため息またひとつ #shorts 釜沼温泉・大喜泉（だいきせん）
大喜泉（だいきせん）は長野県木曽町・三岳にある温泉宿です。2024年3月にリニューアルしたばかりで、全7室のこぢんまりした宿。
ここの温泉は、源泉が13℃とかなり冷たくて、加温したお風呂と交互に入ることで代謝アップが期待できます。飲泉もできて、鉄分や炭酸が入ってるから体にも良さそう。
料理は地元の野菜や山菜を使ったヘルシーな和食で、薬膳っぽい感じ。温泉水を飲みながらの食事もOKです。

Daikisen is a hot spring inn located in Mitake, Kiso Town, Nagano Prefecture. It was recently renovated in March 2024 and is a cozy inn with a total of seven rooms.
The hot spring here is quite cold at 13°C, so alternating between a heated bath and a cold spring is expected to boost your metabolism. The spring water is drinkable, and it contains iron and carbon dioxide, so it seems to be good for your body.
The food is healthy Japanese cuisine using local vegetables and wild plants, and has a medicinal feel to it. You can also drink the hot spring water while you eat.
