Climbing Mt. Fubo in Miyagi isn’t just about reaching the summit—
it’s about encountering a powerful piece of history.
Midway through the trail, you’ll find the *Fubo Monument*, a solemn stone memorial built to honor the crew of a B-29 bomber that crashed in these mountains during World War II.
From the summit (1,705m), enjoy a breathtaking 360° view—Shichikashuku Town below, the Pacific Ocean in the distance—and reflect on the stories this mountain holds.
