The sweetness of the Tsubuan and just the right amount of salt go perfectly with the other matcha.I’ll save it for the night.In the evening , I’ll go back to Kanazawa Station at Kanazawa Hyakubangai “Rinto” and “Uogashi Shokudo Rinto Branch.”
