Winter Walking Tour of Sapporo (札幌) | Exploring the Snowy Streets of Hokkaido ❄️ 🍜 🇯🇵

Good morning from Lake Toya. Today we are taking the train to Sapporo One last coffee with this beautiful view of the caldera lake Checking the hotel store for some snacks first before leaving The journey takes about 1 hour and 53 minutes on the Limited Express Hokuto The ride gives you coastal views until turning east around Noboribetsu We have arrived to the hotel. Here is a very quick room tour. It was way more spacious than it seems and very comfy We were surprised to arrive to a very sunny day (it didnt last long) After checking into the hotel we decided to go for a ramen Welcome to Ramen Alley (also known as Ganso Sapporo Ramen Yokocho, 札幌ラーメン横丁) is a famous destination in Sapporo, located in the Susukino district We walked back and forth finding a place. Alot of them were closed at this time of the day Found one! I got a Sapporo-style ramen with corn and butter. This combination adds sweetness and creaminess. Hokkaido loves their dairy products Back to the hotel for a rooftop glass (or two ) of local wine. They offered it for free daily It is very cozy here Good morning. Our hotel drops off a free breakfast to the door everyday of a hearty soup and french bread It was delicious On the way to Sapporo Factory to look for new snow boots. The taxi drivers here were so nice and good prices The ride was a little bumpy from the ice The mall inside the factory complex features a wide range of shops, both international and local brands, selling everything from fashion to souvenirs, home goods, and Hokkaido products This Hokkaido milk ice-cream is SO GOOD Walking back to the hotel took us very long. Have a good night Today we are taking a taxi to the station. We will visit Otaru. I will make a separate video about this Off we go We took lots of taxis here due to the ice on the sidewalks. Its also a great way to view the city Time for a Lawson coffee for the train And a Hokkaido cream puff. These are amazing I also always get an onigiri. This one is tuna and mayo Back in Sapporo and on the hunt for yakitori Good morning. It is coffee time This is the coffee from the hotel and it was delicious Today we are walking to Sapporo Central Wholesale Market (札幌中央卸売市場) Quick stop for some sushi Finishing with a Matcha By the time we arrived here most things were closed and it began to snow heavily again It is really beautiful with the snow coming down We are taking a taxi to the train now. We loved Sapporo. Next stop Tokyo . The coastal views and waves are beautiful Thank you for watching until the end. ありがとうございます
