砂摺りの藤
琵琶湖博物館の後、良い所ないかと探してみたら、ヒットして…
ふらっと寄ってみました♪
想像よりめっちゃ良かった♪
下に擦るほど長い藤で、
「砂摺りの藤」と呼ばれる、
三大神社の藤。
御祭神は、
志那津彦命 志那津姫命
風の神様夫婦。
大宅公主命
地元の神様かな…
分からない神様です。
この三神が、三大明神と呼ばれ、
明治の悪法で三大神社となりました。
面白いのは、天武天皇の治世に、
藤原鎌足の出世を祝い、藤を植えたとか。
中臣鎌足は天智天皇と共に、蘇我氏を滅亡させ、聖徳太子の一族も亡き者にし、藤原氏となった。
それがココにある。
面白い♪
その後、織田信長が比叡山を焼き討ちした際に、ココも焼かれてしまった。
しかし、焼かれたカブより新芽が生えて、村人達が大事に育て、
今日に至るとのこと。
立派ですよ♪
房の長さもあり、綺麗です☆彡

The Three Great Shrines
Sand-Sanded Wisteria
After the Lake Biwa Museum, I was looking for a good place and found this one…
so I just dropped in♪
It was much better than I expected♪
The wisteria at the Three Great Shrines is so long that it rubs against the ground,
called “Sand-Sanded Wisteria”.
The enshrined deities are
Shinatsuhiko-no-Mikoto and Shinatsuhime-no-Mikoto
The wind god couple.
Oya-no-Kimi-no-Mikoto
I think it’s a local god…
I don’t know what kind of god it is.
These three gods are called the Three Great Myojin,
and became the Three Great Shrines due to the evil law of the Meiji era.
What’s interesting is that during the reign of Emperor Tenmu,
the wisteria was planted to celebrate the success of Fujiwara Kamatari.
Nakatomi Kamatari, together with Emperor Tenchi, destroyed the Soga clan, wiped out Prince Shotoku’s family, and became the Fujiwara clan.

Later, when Oda Nobunaga burned down Mount Hiei, this place was also burned.
However, new shoots grew from the burned turnips, and the villagers carefully cultivated them,
and they have continued to grow to this day.
They are magnificent♪
