I’d like to introduce you to a wonderful izakaya in Chosi City, Sheiba Prefecture. Let’s drink beer. The izakaya was still empty at the time. Choshi is a fishing port town. It is famous for seafood. This is bonito sashimi. Bonito sashimi is eaten with garlic and soy sauce. This is my favorite sake, fudo, a special version. They pour until it spills out of the cup. These skewers are priced at 130 yen each. A real bargain. This is a drink called Hoppy. It is mixed with shou. If you come to Japan, please try it. This is fried liver. It was an amazing 55 yen.
