【福井旅行】観光・グルメ編!恐竜の町で過ごす面白すぎる1日目!越前おろしそば|恐竜|福井鉄道|佐佳枝廼社|福井県庁|MINIE
Hello, I’m Shie. The other day, I went on a one-night, two-day trip to Fukui. First, take the Thunderbird from Osaka Station to Tsuruga Station, then transfer to the Hokuriku Shinkansen at Tsuruga Station and head to Fukui Station. The Thunderbird ride time is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, while the Hokuriku Shinkansen ride time is 15-20 minutes. In Fukui, we plan to enjoy sightseeing, gourmet food, dinosaurs, and Tojinbo. Arrive at Tsuruga Station and take a short Shinkansen ride. If you want to take a look outside, you’re already at Fukui Station. You can also see the hotel where you will be staying. I came to Fukui Station for the first time! There’s already a dinosaur at home♪ Now, let’s get out of the station. When you exit from the west exit, you will find the Courtyard by Marriott Fukui where you will be staying. We will provide information on the stay in the hotel section. Well then, let’s go to lunch! Kruf Fukui Station, which is directly connected to Fukui Station, opened in 2024. I came to Osoba Daudonda Echizen, which is located there. I want to eat Fukui’s specialty, grated soba! First up is Fukui’s sake Ichinotani (600 yen). The sake bottle and choko are also nice and will get you excited. cheers! The Wakasa-lacquered chopsticks are also wonderful! I ordered the Echizen set (1,350 yen). With the set of grated soba and grilled mackerel sushi, you can enjoy two of Fukui’s specialties at once. Echizen ware dishes are also great! The soba noodles, which have a firm and chewy texture, are homemade noodles that are made every morning from stone-ground flour. Enjoy the flavor of soba by mixing it with the dashi stock containing grated radish. Grilled mackerel sushi is fragrant and juicy. It was a delicious Fukui specialty made with buckwheat flour from Fukui prefecture and ichihomare from Fukui prefecture. Thank you for the meal. A streetcar was running in front of Fukui Station. It’s a cute vehicle, and it feels like I suddenly came overseas ❤︎. When I looked up, I saw the hotel where I would be staying today. There is a real dinosaur right in front of the hotel. The movements and sounds are realistic! It’s very interesting and I keep watching it. I plan to take the tram later. There are many other dinosaurs, so let’s go see them! Everything is so realistic and truly amazing. I’m so happy to see this in front of the station♪ A large dinosaur footprint fossil! There was a dinosaur facing me. Let’s listen to this cry too! It’s such a fun dinosaur plaza. This cute one is said to be the official dinosaur character of Fukui Prefecture. As I was walking along the station building, I saw something. There was some impressive dinosaur trick art! When I came to the east exit, there was a dinosaur playground. The monument with the motif of a small dinosaur and an egg is sure to get the kids excited♪ Here is a dinosaur that sits on a bench. We also found a dinosaur stained glass. The sign warning you not to jump out is also a dinosaur. There were also parent and baby dinosaurs here. The parent dinosaur was standing on top of the strata. I arrived at the station. The 3D images of dinosaurs are very impressive! There was also a dinosaur monument made of Lego. It’s so detailed and amazing! There was a large wooden dinosaur skeleton here. Next, go to the staircase plaza that you can see in the back. Climb the stairs here and head to the rooftop plaza. Echizen crabs are rising with dinosaurs. The roof came into view. I can’t wait to see the dinosaurs here! There were baby dinosaurs on the bench! I’ll stroke it♪ I’m sleeping. This is a dinosaur couple with a heart motif ❤︎. I could see the Hokuriku Shinkansen departing from the station. When I peeked through the fence… A baby dinosaur was born! Let’s go further. As you continue walking, what you will see in front of you is the wonderful station building of Echizen Railway Fukui Station. And then there’s the dinosaur in the back. If you look closely at the dinosaur’s mouth… He was eating Echizen crab (lol)! The tape to warn you about steps is a dinosaur! There’s also a cute dinosaur here to let you know when there’s a step ❤︎. When I looked up, I saw the parent and baby dinosaurs I saw earlier. It was a very interesting dinosaur tour at Fukui Station♪ I’m going to buy bread for tomorrow morning at Little Mermaid at Kurufukui Station. Fukui Anpan (237 yen). Shrimp cutlet salted bread (388 yen). Buta Nini (345 yen) supervised by Yokohama Chinatown Edo Kiyoshi. Custard French toast (216 yen). I’m looking forward to tomorrow morning. From now on, I will take the tram for just one stop. The train to ride has arrived! It’s a cute yellow vehicle ❤︎. Head to Fukui Castle Ruins Daimyocho Station. This vehicle is apparently called Kibo. Apparently it only runs three round trips a day, so you’re lucky if you see it. I’m so lucky to have been able to ride it! By the way, you can touch the train with your transportation IC card. The ride was about 5 minutes (180 yen). It was a cute keybo with round eyes. It’s already quite late in the day, but I’m going to go sightseeing. The one that arrived was Sakaenoyashiro. You can also get there in about 10 minutes on foot from Fukui Station. It was founded in 1628 as Toshogu Shrine, which enshrined Lord Tokugawa Ieyasu within Fukui Castle. This time I came here because there was something I wanted to see. That’s a lot of paper cranes. Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the dedication of origami cranes began in May 2020 in an effort to bring some peace of mind. The origami cranes are lined up beautifully. It’s color-coded and very beautiful. I wasn’t able to come during bright daylight hours, so I thought it would be too dark to see, but it was all lit up and was a sight to behold. I’m glad I was able to visit. Now let’s move on to the next location. It’s already night. I’m going to go see the Fukui Prefectural Office from now on. On the way, Echizen crab suddenly appeared! And he was jumping♪ Fukui Prefectural Office is just beyond Chuo Park. This is a park built at the former Nishi-Sannomaru and Nishi-Ninomaru ruins of Fukui Castle. I came to Okorohibashi Bridge. The Fukui Prefectural Office is located in an unusual location on the site of Fukui Castle, with walls and stone walls remaining around it. And it’s lit up, so it’s magical. Now, let’s cross the Ohiro Bridge. And the covered bridge will get you excited! Once you cross the bridge, you will find the Yamazatoguchi Gate that leads to the castle. I feel like I’m about to go see Fukui Castle♪ Yamazatoguchi Gomon, which was built in 1606 with the construction of Fukui Castle, was destroyed along with the castle tower in a great fire in 1669. It was then restored in 2018. Fukui Castle was built by Hideyasu Yuki, the second son of Tokugawa Ieyasu. It is a strange sight to see the Fukui Prefectural Office behind the stone wall. I was able to see some nice sights. On the way back, cross another bridge. It was the Fukui Prefectural Office, standing on the ruins of Fukui Castle. Now, let’s head towards Fukui Station. I’m back in front of the station. The dinosaurs are illuminated at night. It was chirping cheerfully. You can also play like this (lol). You can also say goodbye♪ It’s even more impressive at night. It’s so much fun that I want to watch it forever, but it’s time for dinner. I came to Fukui Station Food Hall MINIE. This is a food complex located about 2 minutes walk from Fukui Station. Among them, I came to KAKETUKE. It is an izakaya style restaurant. First, I ordered a Pilsner (880 yen) and a carbonated wild grape sour (870 yen). cheers! Their motto is “Sharing the delicious food of Fukui”. The dish I ordered was three types of sashimi of the day (2,200 yen). There are three types: sea bream, yellowtail, and salmon. Sea bream is elastic and has a refined sweetness. Yellowtail is fatty and has a rich flavor. The salmon is also fatty and melts in the mouth. Everything is fresh and delicious! Next is the braised pork (770 yen). The food looks delicious ❤︎. This dish is proud of its homemade sauce. The tender and juicy meat is stewed and soaked in flavor, which is the best. The next sake is a sake comparison (1,400 yen). This is oyster and shrimp ajillo (1,430 yen). Comes with baguette. The large oysters and shrimp are satisfying to eat! I also soaked the baguette in it and ate it. Cherry tomatoes are also good! This sake is Tsuneyama Hi (990 yen). This feeling is so wonderful☆ This store seems to be particular about Fukui’s tableware and cutlery. Next is the carbonated ginger ale sour (870 yen). This is boiled gyoza (660 yen for 6 pieces). The skin is elastic and the filling inside is very juicy. Last is today’s grilled fish (1,480 yen). The fish near the head of the fish is also delicious. It’s greasy and soft ❤︎. Every dish was really delicious! I ate a lot and was full! That was the first day of my Fukui trip. Next time, we will bring you the second day (Tojinbo). Thank you for your high rating and channel registration. Well then, thank you for watching.
