A Weekend in Japan’s Zero-Waste Town ♻️🏘️ | Kamikatsu, Shikoku Travel Vlog
[Music] Oh yeah. [Music] [Music] Canada. Canada. Canada. Our first stop. [Music] I love Japanese [Music] [Music] pumpkins. The farmer of the oranges passed them to me and told me to try it and buy if it’s nice. [Music] That’s the tea event that we’re going to. We about to rent a cup to drink tea inside for $100. [Music] [Music] Good. So good. [Music] [Music] Second Eat Have a conversation. [Music] Thank [Music] you. What’s this? [Music] This is the zero waste recycling area. The residents here sort out their trash into 40 something different categories. So like there’s even transparent bottles, brown bottles, other colored bottles. Wow. [Music] [Music] [Music] You don’t need [Music] It is kind of scary cuz the distance between each wooden plank is quite large. Look at how clear the water is. [Music] Look at the colors. I’m heading to get gelato. I am the only one going because the other two got too cold. What a cute little gelato shop. Oo, look at the flavors, you guys. Kami katu chai was born powder. Oh my god. What do I pick? [Music] [Music] Which one do you like best? [Music] But the the others are also very good. Sachi is into the more pills because PS is the important of shras. Did you learn how to make gelato in or something or jib? No. Yeah. Jibund. But next year I will go to Italy to learn studying. Okay guys, that gelato was really really nice. I think it’s like one of the smoothest gelatoes I have had in my life. And I did enjoy all the flavors. And she was saying that she just learned it herself, right? Which is crazy. It’s now almost 5:00. The sun’s going to set and we are going to go to the onsen. See you at dinner or see you tomorrow. Come by. rice. Why is the shiakei so big? Yeah, it’s like a steak. [Music] Okay, I decided to squeeze in a bit of time to dig in the onen because it was cold out there and there’s nobody. Thank goodness. Oh my god. This is the onen. It’s crazy nice. Look at the view. This is the bathing, dude. There’s even like a place to enjoy. This is the view from the onsen. Oh my gosh. And there’s even a cold pool over there. And that’s the sauna. This is the sauna. Bye on. I’ll miss you. [Music] I’m [Music] trying. Let’s go. [Music] [Music] Vegetarian vegan. [Music] Baking [Music] powder onion powder. Thank you. Thank you. Byebye. In 400 [Music] m. It’s such a steep climb. You can feel the water, right? [Music] Yes, made it. Yes, we did [Music] it. Heading back down. [Music] You’re like, “Oh my gosh. She’s covered. She’s covered. [Music] I’m not sure. I’m not sure. You got to try. So many. Yeah. Yeah. I maybe more. Hi
We had the most serendipitous encounters in Kamikatsu — everyone we met there was just so lovely 🥹 I originally went for their zero waste initiatives, but it was the people who became the real highlight haha. So glad I got to capture those little moments on video to look back on forever 💕
