At Negarami-mae rice field in Hamura city, the tulip festival was conducted between April 9th to 15th. During the festival, huge rice field was filled with tulips, which should be fantastic view. Due to personal reasons, I missed the festival, and visited there a few days later. Let’s see if I could see some tulips there…
