All of these are things I will do when I go there, staying at the godzilla room at the Gracery Hotel, right above thre Toho cinema, looks like a darn dream vacation to me, escort every night and CBD available at the airport when I land. Japan will be the best 15K I ever spend.

im a kid (11 years old) and my parents and i are thinking of going to shinjuku for a little bit. neither of us are japanese, speak japanese, or let alone understand japanese. were russian but understand and speak english pretty well.
do you think it would be safe if me and my family went there? can children go to places like kabukicho with a parent or guardian (obviously avoiding clubs and 18+ bars)?
what are some places to avoid? would it make a difference if me or any of my family members learned japanese? thanks!
