第5回目の今回は、前回まで歩いた近鉄青山町駅からスタートです。
初瀬街道の代わりに国道として作られた国道165号線沿いを歩いていきますが、その途中に旧初瀬街道として残っている道も漏れなく歩きました。
伊勢地宿は、初瀬街道最大の宿場町として賑わいを博しましたが、現在では風情の残る宿場町跡として残っていました。
近鉄西青山駅は、近鉄一の秘境駅で有名で、駅周辺にはお店はおろか人家すらない駅です。そんな駅の存在する意味や理由については動画をご覧頂ければと思います。

This is the fifth time, and we will start from Kintetsu Aoyamacho Station, which we walked from last time.
We walked along National Route 165, which was built as a national highway in place of Hase Kaido, but along the way we also walked along all the roads that remain as the old Hase Kaido.
Iseji-juku was the largest post town on the Hase Kaido road and prospered, but today all that remains is the remains of that time-honoured post town.
Kintetsu Nishiaoyama Station is famous as the most remote station on the Kintetsu line, with no shops or even houses around the station. Please watch the video to find out the meaning and reason behind the existence of such a station.
