  1. Agreed, basically any house that needs extensive water and mold remediation and a new roof is going to be more expensive than the asking price. Not worth it to spend another $30k – $40k on those issues just to have an average Japanese home that will still need to be renovated for maybe $20k more on top of that. This house is most likely a tear down.
