  2. Great watching you enjoying Stockholm but sadly you ate a tourist trap kebab pizza, It really looked bland and quite frankly cheap and sad, I suggest you google a picture how a real kebab pizza looks like in the rest of Sweden.

  3. 4:15 The "600 rooms" is the figure for large rooms with normal windows and all that.
If you count every chamber, includuing the basement or cellar floors, there are well over a thousand rooms.

  4. “Ling-on” not “Lingo.” Glad you enjoyed. One of my favorite cities.
And you lucked into Sturehof, a great Stockholm restaurant.

  5. Lovely video essay of what appears to have been a short but sweet visit to Stockholm! Just a tip for enjoying the Swedish "husmanskost" (i.e. simple everyday basic food that most of the population have for lunch or dinner on the weekdays), just take the salt and pepper grinders and twist a few turns – preferably on course grind – and it will taste even better! Swedish food genrally benefits from adding a pinch of salt and pepper… except the thin pancakes (that are served with our pea soup every Thursday in most restaurants), they always benefit from a sprinkle of extra sugar on top… 🙂

  6. It's quite impressive that you managed to misspell almost all the names of the establishments you visited in the video. That said, you seem to have had a nice trip which delights me.

  7. I'm so happy that you loved the kroppkakor! There are different versions of Swedish dumplings originating from different areas of the country, but kroppkakor is what I grew up with in the southern parts. I'm nearing my 50s and it's still one of my favorite dishes. The best comfort food.

  8. U can eat pizza whit your hands in sweden. its normal. we just slice it whit the fork and knife😁. ok but some eat it whit fork and knife

  9. Who eat's toast skagen as a sandwich? haha, only fork and knife 😛 Love seeing your reactions and how beautiful Stockholm is.

  10. Glad you like our city!! Very nice video- decided to subscribe to your channel. Come again! Try to remember It's StockhoLm, not Stockhome😉

  11. Heads up for anyone coming here, many places are open late, but getting restaurant food after 10 PM is very hard. All year around.

  12. I love how genuinely excited you are to try new things. Glad you had a good experience 🙂

  13. The reason they give you knife and fork with Pizza here is because in Sweden your Pizza typically wont be sliced unless you specifically ask for it. It's perfectly fine to use your hands.

  14. Its a really good video when u feel like almost 45 minutes are too short 😉👍. U got great sence of humour also, plus iam getting hungry at 11.30 pm 🤤

  15. Literally everywhere south of Stockholm has better kebabpizza than Stockholm. If you’re ever in Norrköping or Jönköping you can try some really good ones instead 😋

  16. the best video about Stockholm really good food ,when u started eating the Skagen i was just waiting 2 sec to when i know it hit for first time :)the husband gave u the best Swedish kebab pizza Turkic/Swedish stil pizza and some times fries on top best thing drunk or hangover

  17. That entrence to Skansen is actually the back door. The main entrence is a bit after the Abba museum. Skansen is open 365 days a year. Also, ive never seen ppl eat so much. Its insane 🙄

  18. "Vetekatten" is a pun: In winter, around the 13th of December, they serve a sweet roll called "lussekatt", from Lucia who is celebrated then. The roll is made with wheat (Sv: vete) flour but "vete katten", in two words, is an expression that more or less means "God knows".

  19. We love our kebabpizza. However the quality of kebabpizza can vary a lot between places, from quality to quantity. The sauce or dressing served with kebabpizza is usually garlic, but you can normally pick between garlic or rhode island dressing. I like a pile of kebab and tons of garlic dressing, while others may like it lighter, so it's not uncommon for people to have different favorite locations to get their kebabpizzas at.
