同じ部屋で、サウナ無しとサウナ付き、あと別邸 越の里でも迷ったんですが、結局サウナ無しのお部屋にしました。
サウナ付きだと田園側のお部屋になるんですかね?
自分は、市街側?姉妹館の白玉の湯 泉慶が見えるお部屋でした。
温泉は、硫黄の香りがして、季節や気象条件の変化で、露天は昼間はエメラルドグリーン、夜は乳白色になっていました。
7月頃に行ったので綺麗な田園風景が見れましたが、冬の方が気温が低くて、長時間温泉に浸かってられるので、今度行くとしたら冬行きたいですね♪

雰囲気からして内装が、鬼怒川にある「あさやホテル」に似ているなぁと思いました。
鬼怒川のあさやホテルも館内に入るとすぐ吹き抜けのゴージャスロビー、吹き抜けにあるエレベーターなど圧巻です。 規模が大きいホテルは何もかもが圧巻ですよね‼️
毎回交通機関を使っての旅行、大変ですよね。荷物もありますし、、、

15年前に留学した時、新潟に5年間滞在しましたが、泉慶と華鳳は今でも私が最高の料理を持っていると思う温泉ホテルです。
Alors là quelle claque monumentale vraiment exceptionnel un savoureux mélange entre modernité et tradition je suis rarement sans voix mais la on touche à la perfection jusqu aux moindres détails je fait plus que valider je retiens le nom ❤❤
All that serenity and peace and quiet and chill……..until some woman starts beating the hell out of some toy alligators and curses coming in fourth place, which is not her best score. 🔨🔨🔨🔨👧💪🤣
The private in room onsen bath and cooling tub are the only features I like about this hotel for this class level, meaning luxury. But the rooms look too bare, not artistic in a wabi sabi style or country minka style, and the outdoor scenery is not impressive. For the price, it's overpriced. There are other ryokans with better views and cozier interiors with more privacy. This place feels like a luxury "kakekomi" style inn for a large tour group.
Already hitting summer temps here in Florida so it's nice to relax and see the snowy landscapes.
