Akiya House in Tagawa (1990) 🏠 at $32,105 (Fukuoka) 2025

This spacious estate is situated on a generously sized hillside in Tagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The current owner still lives in the house, primarily using the dining room and kitchen as his main living spaces. The property features two open garages and a carport; however, the road leading to the house is quite narrow. While the entire property requires significant TLC, the asking price is remarkably attractive, given what it offers.

  1. Nice property. Always appreciate the stills at the end of you vids. Question: is the masking tape on the windows of the property to prevent breakage in typhoons?

  2. Thanks for the exploration of the home. These types of videos, for me, are always a bit melancholic. I feel sympathy for the older home owners who have lived so long in the property but now are selling. I hope he finds a good buyer. BTW–commercial photographer here–nice camera work and still images. One small suggestion. Maybe when you do the property reviews you might try filming with a bit wider lens for the interior footage so the viewer can more quickly get a sense of the rooms and layout.

  3. What lovely house and home. I hope whoever buys the property can look after it the way the elderly couple did. Thank you for the video.
