そこで！私たちは「徳之島の食材の魅力をギョーザに詰め込んで広めたい！」という思いで、この挑戦を始めました✨

🌿 Turning Tokunoshima’s Blessings into Delicious Gyoza! Taking on the Challenge of Making “Tokunoshima Gyoza”! 🥟✨

We’re creating one-of-a-kind gyoza packed with the finest ingredients from Tokunoshima! 🐷🌱
Using Anbakashi (island pork), Papaya-zuke (pickled papaya), Green papaya, Island chili, and Yamashikunin (a local citrus), we’re crafting a unique local gyoza that you won’t find anywhere else!

Why Tokunoshima Gyoza?
Tokunoshima is home to incredible ingredients, but many of them remain unknown across Japan.
That’s why we’ve taken on this challenge—to wrap Tokunoshima’s delicious flavors into gyoza and share them with the world! ✨

Our Ultimate Goals!
✅ Get “Tokunoshima Gyoza” on the menu at the roadside station!
✅ Offer it as a Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) gift so people all over Japan can enjoy it!
✅ Sell it frozen in vending machines at the roadside station for easy access!
