One of the Best Paris 1 Michelin Star Finedining at L’Archeste – Menus carte blanch-menu prestige Tasting menu $228 (€206) in Paris France

Yoshiaki Ito, former chef at Hiramatsu, Chef Yoshiaki Ito brings Japanese sensibilities to his French menu at L’Archeste, his first restaurant, which opened in 2016. astounds in this restaurant with a pared-down interior… The set menus (three or five courses at lunch, seven at dinner) are models of creativity and precision, espousing vibrate to the rhythm of the seasons and always giving the best of excellent ingredients. Fine recipes from a repertoire of contemporary French cuisine, have already garnered quite a following.

  2. I like L’Archeste, which is one of the fine dining French restaurants with a Japanese chef, too.

    I’d dinner there in early April 2017 shortly after it got its first Michelin star. I still have fond memories of the food. Also, it’s so much cheaper at that time.
