For dinner, I went to Maisen, a tonkatsu restaurant established in 1965 in Aoyama, Tokyo. This tonkatsu restaurant is loved for its “tender pork cutlets that can be cut with chopsticks. I had the Kurobuta pork loin cutlet set. I enjoyed it with a special sauce for Kurobuta pork with grated apples.
