4K 日吉神社を散歩〔東松山/埼玉〕/ 4K I took a walk around “Hiyoshi” Shrine. (Japanese ancient Shrine)
日吉神社は埼玉県東松山市に200年以上前からある神社だよ。
文化15年に近江日吉山大権現を勧請したんだって。のちに社号を日枝から日吉に改めたんだってさ。
御祀神は山王権現（さんのうごんげん）で神仏習合の神様だよ。

Hiyoshi Shrine is a shrine that has existed in Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture for over 200 years.
Apparently, in 1812, Omi Hiyoshiyama Daigongen was enshrined there. Later, the shrine’s name was changed from Hiei to Hiyoshi.
and enshrines for ”San nou Gongen’’.
*San nou Gongen is a Buddhist deity, but he is enshrined at shrines due to the syncretism of Shinto and Buddhism (gods from other religions are considered deities in Shinto).
