原宿と渋谷を歩いて移動する外国人も多くたくさんの人で賑わっていました。

We walked from Harajuku Takeshita Street, which is popular among foreign tourists, to Shibuya Station.
There were many foreigners walking between Harajuku and Shibuya, and the area was crowded with many people.
