  3. Amazing! Wished I knew of this place when I visited Japan in November, though I did travel to Niigata city and experienced a brewery tour there and soba. Hakkaisan is one my favourite sake plus the beer and food you showed all looks fab. A must go to when I return to Japan in hopefully not too distant future ๐Ÿ˜Š. Thanks for this great video! ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿœโค

  4. Shinichi pointing to an actual blizzard and Satoshi being like mmm thats just snow was so funny! Thanks for such an interesting video, my brother works on brewery plant designs in the US and i think heโ€™d love tasting the snow cooled sake here. It seems like you enjoyed your trip a lot, so lovely to see

  5. Thank you for sharing this beauty, this *stillness – with us. Even through pixels, there are restorative, centering, nourishing things for us as well. Best to you both-

  6. The food that you guys are eating are amazing! That's just snowfall, snow blizzards are not fun to be in and to deal with.

  7. Love this video not just for the great food but the total vibe of that area in winter, so pretty. Hope you guys get to visit other places in Japan like this that tourists don't really hear about.

  8. This is a truly wonderful video. Loved the tour of the snow-chilled sake producer. RE: "a blizzard"–the maximum visibility is about 15-20 feet. I live in northern Wisconsin, and we have blizzards. They are terrifying to in.

  9. The snow makes it like a enchanted land. Love the kotatsu at the soba restaurant. The scenery is amazing, the bakery looks so good en beer brewed with koji sounds so interesting! Niigata should be on more people's travel plans.

  10. This was such a beautiful video. Definitely on our bucket list. The only problem watching your channel is we will have to stay even longer in Japan on our visit. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
