Mehran, the more I think about it, the more I think you should do the following. Cut an opening where the current window is in front of the refrigerator connecting the 2 rooms. Then instead of putting the kitchen out in the new room, make that a bedroom/ dressing room/ play room. Move the cabinet out there, the bedding, the toys, the clothing. Sleep out there. The kids can play out there.
Then back in the original room put a refrigerator where the cabinet was, and put a sink where the refrigerator currently is connecting to the new plumbing. Then on the other side of that room, put the pillows along the wall for seating for when you're awake, resting or when people visits.
This way, the kids can take naps without being disturbed, you can cook without worry of a child being burned, etc.
