Toyama | RAMEN TAISHO ★★Shoyu & Miso with Good Charsiew★★富山県富山市ラーメン大翔
RAMEN TAISHO is located right next to Family Park in Toyama. It looks like a quiet shack from outside, but inside is hustling and bustling with people, and the ramen master and his cooks/waitresses. For lunch, patrons order the Shoyu or Miso ramen. Both seem to be quite popular. Since I heard the charsiew is good, I went for the Charsiew Shoyu Ramen, together with a half order of Fried Rice. The broth is ok. The noodles are firm. The charsiew is tasty but salty. The fried rice was good. Back to the charsiew, I think he saltiness is just right if you drink alcohol here. At night, this place becomes a drinking place. And there are more finger food options, the kind that a ramen place can offer when transformed into a ramen izakaya. Enjoy! @TastyWaterOM
